It's possible to have more than one operating system on your computer at one time. I'm not going to explain how to do this as it's unnecessary and not always beneficial. There are many guides and videos on how to do this already. I will say however that if you are on a Mac, setting up dual/multi booting is a bit more complicated than it is to set up on Windows and Linux. And using a Windows or Linux computer to setup dual/multi boot with Mac OS X is even more complicated, and may not even work on your computer. There are some advantages to dual/multi booting like being able to use Windows for better compatibility with some things and being able to us Mac OS X or Linux for other things. Or if you just want to switch things up without using a different computer or losing all of your data. There are also some disadvantages like each operating system taking up a chunk of space on your hard drive, leaving less space for everything else.
