Most are of my app suggestions are free, but some are paid, offer in app purchases, or are subscription based so I've taken the time to find alternatives for each one whether they be free or just cheaper.
I'll be including mobile apps & online programs for you - you don't need a tablet or phone to do fancy editing (but you don't need photoshop either).
