" You're definitely not wearing that Mary!" , shouted Beth with a disgusted look in her face while Stacy doubled up in laughter.
Beth was one of Stacy's close friends in high school. A typical blonde with an amazing figure and sharp features she was a girl on whom everybody crushed on. While Mary and Stacy knew nothing about fashion, Beth was always a fashion lover. So whenever there was an event where expert advice on fashion was needed , Beth was always available. For example this one, Stacy's caveman best friend had decided finally to go with her to the party. Beth immediately came to help the girls out with the night's look but little did she know that Mary is going to surprise her with her cat woman outfit.
"What? This dress is so cute " Mary replied with a pout.
"It's not a freaking Halloween party that you'll wear costumes and go" ,replied Beth face palming .
"Listen girl, this dress is classy and accentuates my curves so well." argued Mary.
While scanning through her closet, Beth with a disgusted look asked Stacy to try on the outfit she'd chosen for her. It was a woolen crop top with ripped hots and paired with a pair of converse- stylish and elegant. After dressing herself up Stacy looked at herself in the mirror with great satisfaction.
When she came out of her room, she saw Beth was already on her way putting make up on Mary who's wearing something much decent, a jumpsuit. Her tall and slim figure was noticeable and she couldn't help admiring her physique.
"You look good "
Unable to turn at Stacy , Mary remaining straight replied," I swear on God this attire is tighter than an anaconda wrapped around you."
All three of them started to laugh at the pun . After Beth was over with Mary , Stacy and she both stared at this newly transformed Mary. The deep kohl stained eyes had been transformed into beautiful cateyes that made her brown eyes look even more attractive. They're seeing a different version of Mary.
"Done staring at me ? " A small smirk had formed in her face.
When Stacy sat down for make up , she was actually nervous. It's not that she's not used to going to the party. It'd been a long time since she went to a party. Before her illness, she was a usual prep attending almost all parties. It felt like going back to old times . She immediately diverted her mind from the past before she goes through a set of break down .
It did not take much time for Beth to complete her make up . When finally Stacy looked at the mirror reflection, she couldn't help admiring her own self . Not much make up but still she managed to look good. Last few months had not been that good for Stacy, buy last few days were. Was it because of that person with those green eyes? Stacy was moved out of her thoughts when Mary shouts from downstairs
" Linton is here to take us to the party. Are you ready yet?"
Stacy glanced at Beth who was arranging her stuffs from her bed. She said a short goodbye to her and then rushed downstairs.
As she went towards the main door, Stacy could hear people arguing. Nothing new she told to herself. She went to the fight scene and calmly said,
"Are we ready to leave?"
Both Stephen and Mary stopped midway to stare at her. A smirk had formed on Stacy's face on seeing their reaction.
"Like what you see?" ,she asked Stephen.
With a shimmer in his eyes he replied, " Like? Oh Stack I love what I see."

And, thank you all for giving making my story stand in top 300s in Wattpad teen fiction. I love you all so freaking much.
With love,
