Roomates Percabeth Fanfic AU

Chapter 1

Percy's POV

"Why are you so stressed on this you know you could always live with me"
"Mom I can't live with you for the rest of my life I don't want to be a burden on you and plus I can't live with you in Brooklyn when I'm going to school in California "
I'm Percy Jackson a freshman in college I'm looking for apartment.
"You wouldn't be a burden I would be sort of lonely without you around to keep me company and Paul(step dad my real dad left my mom when I was born) is at work most of the time"
"You'll be fine I'm going to go to cold stone are you coming"
"You know I don't eat ice cream that's not blue ,be safe"

I got in my chrome blue convertible maserati spyder( I won it in a blue ice cream eating contest held by Cold Stone) and I drive over to Cold Stone and I see my friend Jason working the shift.

 "Hey Sparky what's up I didn't know you worked here"
'You don't even know a lot' Jason thought to himself "I got the job yesterday it's cool plus I get free ice cream ,you want your regular?" Jason asked.
 "Yeah two please," Percy said.
He got the ice cream paid and sat down and he looked on his phone he saw a roommate apartment he saw the number, he called it and he heard a ring from somewhere in the store he looked to where he heard the sound from, he saw a stunning blonde with grey eyes wearing a dark brown sweater and jeans he walked over to her and he asked her if she was the one putting up the roommate apartment.
"Yeah, can I ask you few questions?" the girl said.
"Sure, but first what's you name it doesn't say it on the page?" he asked curiously.
"Oh, my name is Annabeth Chase, I'm asking questions though, 1st question, What do you do for a living?"
"I'm a professional life guard." He answered quickly.
"Oh that's cool 2nd question 2. What do you do on the weekends?" She asked again with rapid fire questions.
And the questions went on like that.
"Last question how much clothing do you wear around the house"
"Ahhhhh this is kinda of embarrassing but in the apartment in complete honesty I would take a shower after classes and then wear a towel the rest of the time I would be in the apartment." 
"Ok" she said imaging him in just a towel and turning red"oh here," she said as she handed him something "I have an extra ticket back to California for tomorrow in case I found someone who wanted the apartment in New York, do you want it?"
"Yeah thanks," I toke the plane ticket. 
Ok one last stop before home it should be lunch there.

 "Annabeth do you need a ride"
"Uh yeah thanks Percy." They got out the Cold Stone and got in his car and drove.
He pulled up to Annabeth's apartment dropped her off said there goodbyes, I realized I didn't tell her my name or how he knew where the apartment was. I  continued driving and finally pulled up to his last stop before home, Yancy Academy he was right it was lunch time and the lunch room was straight in front of the door which was glass a few students noticed him but not the one he wanted so he entered the building he looked and he saw Nancy Bobofit just the person he wanted to see.
"Hey Nancy" She looked around and saw him.

 "Mind telling me why you're in the 9th grader lunch period"
"I-" she was cut off by some ugly boy siting next to her.                                                                        " Yo let's take this outside"
"If you insist" They go outside a bunch of people following. Ugly boy is trying to fight.
"Bro you're face is jacked up enough," Percy said the crowd erupted.
"Try me"
Ugly boy tries to punch he misses completely and he kicks him in the jaw, he's snoring.
"Bye guys I'll see you never" gets in his car and leaves.
