Chapter 2

I got back to my apartment.
"I'm back I brought you something"
"I told you I only eat bl- oh my gods its blue,"his mom exclaimed.
"What was that" he thought she said gods instead of god"
"Nothing, thank you."
"Well I'll be going to California tomorrow I got some tickets". He said not adding the part about the girl he meet.
"That's great honey make sure to visit ever now and again"
"Ok" he went to his room and starting packing he used his bag that seem to have been infinite and was always light.
Time Skip

He was almost finished packing he had one thing left to pack a pen, apparently it was a family heirloom on my dad's side she told me never to open it, but hey it's just a pen right, what's the worst that can happen.
He uncapped the pen to reveal a shiny bronze sword.
"Ok well I guess I'll keep this to myself"
He thought as he recapped the pen putting it in his pocket instead of bag.

Another Time Skip

Annabeth's POV

I met with Percy he seemed to be a nice guy he even offered to carry her bags which she let him do, they got on the plane and she put on her head phones started watching Deadpool Percy watched too for about half a hour, then she felt a head on her shoulder looking over to see a sleeping Percy she didn't want to wake him to she just let him sleep there.

Percy's POV

I woke up when the flight was over Annabeth woke me up, something about those beautiful greys eyes seemed familiar and assuring wait I shouldn't think of her like that she's gonna be my roommate it would make this awkward.
"Percy . Percy" Annabeth snapped him back to reality he said the thing that struck him as most intelligent "Wha?" "Flights over let's get off the plane unless you want to go back New York ok Seaweed Brain" she said with a smile, he got and brushed himself off. "Seaweed Brain huh well going on first impression aren't we Wise Girl".
"Good job Kelp Head let's get off the plane".
They got off and he lead her out on the strip. "Why are we on the strip" Annabeth asked "One day I got a call from from some guy named Kronos and he said I had put him in his place in the past which I don't remember and he said he would do me a infinite amount of favors and in short I called in a favor". As he talked a golden plane pulled up and dropped off a blue chrome Spyder. " And here's our ride let's go you want to drive". He fished the keys out of his pocket and threw them towards her she caught them and they walked towards the car. A few minutes later, they were at a very nice looking building ok so I looked at the place online, it was pretty much a hotel times 100 it had a hotel it had a snack bar, a workout room the size of a normal building, an indoors Olympic sized swimming pool there are actually restaurants in the place it's amazing and everything is free as long as you pay rent!
The owner of the place is named Hecate and I don't know her last name but she's super nice.

 "Ok Wise Girl where is our room I'm tired and hungry" he said with a yawn.
"How are still tired are you just slept five and a half hours?" she asked. "You know you could just never answer my question and you could just carry me to the room".
"Ok I get the point we have room 15 on the second floor" They went to their apartment and he loved what he saw, the place was as big as a house yet he and Annabeth seemed to still share a room he didn't mind he placed his bag in his room and ran into the kitchen which was its own room he looked in the freezer and saw a coffee ice cream that he quickly devoured but Annabeth saw him eat the last scoop.
"Hey you better pay for that!
"Hey"he quickly flung his hands" don't kill me it's going towards a good cause.......... my stomach anddddd I need the energy for my job interview later today so that way I can buy you 2 ice creams k also do you want to go to the beach it's where my interview is"
"Ok I'll get ready," she said and turned back into the room.
I got my blue shirt and ocean shorts and I was done Annabeth came out of the bathroom in their room, wearing a grey bikini she just is so- you know what if I told you anymore she would notice me checking her out. We went got in the car and went to the beach Annabeth went to play in the water I went to the hut for new life guards to take interview I meet man that looked just like me same unruly hair eyes, everything, the only difference was he looked older and he was about 7 feet while I was was 6'8 and was more muscular.
"Hello my name is Poseidon I'm you're boss here just fill out this sheet and I'll see if you qualify" I took a sheet and starting filling it out all the questions made sense the last question took me a second I read it over and over then declared it wasn't right I walked over to Poseidon who was now taking to someone I think he addressed as Zeus .
"Sir I think there is a typo on the paper"
"Let me see oh your right there is a typo it's not supposed to say are you ok with 1000 dollars an hour its supposed to say are you ok with 10,000 a hour?"
My jaw hit the sand "what not enough 500,000 dollars a day then ok one more quality needed race me, it's important that you could get to someone in need quick" he said Percy recovered his jaw and he to they took off their shirts and tossed them to the sand they walked out far into the water and Zeus counted them down. "3 "his voice thundered 2,1 GO  he sliced through the water they got to the back to shore real quick. "TIE" Zeus said Poseidon got out first and helped him out. "Good job you're now the official lifeguard at Gods' Beach."
