||Forgive: to stop feeling anger toward someone who has done something wrong.||

The King watched her as she walked to him and looked up at his brooding figure. The beauty placed her hand on his cheek and gently cupped it. The King loved the feeling of her skin on his and quickly placed his hand upon her velvety hand which was on his cheek as he was afraid she would pull away again.

He gazed upon her pondering face as he waited for her to say something, anything. Her lips tilted upwards slightly and her face seemed to contort into utter sadness as she finally looked into his eyes.

"Well then my King, you should probably figure it out now shouldn't you?" she said so sadly it stunned the King to hear the intensity of it. It confused the King that she pulled away once again and began to walk out the door.

The King was too stunned to move, his mate had unofficially unknowingly rejected him. He didn't know who she was but he knew one thing and that was he wanted her.

"Mate?" the King's voice came out as whimper. His mate stopped slightly and began to jog out of the room.

The King was left in a haze in the room that was still pungent with his mate's sweet fragrant. Confused, the King called his cousin and his beta, whom his mate had entered with. In a couple seconds Alex had reached to attend to the King.

"Who was that?" the King asked.

"I-I. She is the one who I brought back from the Gardenia's to join ours. Didn't she tell you? She's one of my childhood friends." Alex said nervously, trying to stall.

"No! What is her name?" The King reiterated trying to make Alex understand.

Letting out a heavy breath, Alex looked at the King, "She is a Gardenia." Alex said trying to hint at the situation.

"Yes I know that she is a part of their pack, her scent carries the title." The King said.

"No," he said slowly, "She is from their royal bloodline; pure blooded. She is Arabella Gardenia." Alex said waiting for the King's reaction.

The King's face remained impassive. 'Why was Alex making such big a deal that she was a pure blooded Gardenia?' He wondered.

"Do you seriously not know who she is? What you did to her?" Alex asked enraged and slightly disgusted by his cousin's lack of remembrance. He stormed out of the room to find Arabella.

The King was left alone in his office quite confused with the situation. He quickly walked over to his desk and picked up his phone, dialing the number three. The person on the other side picked it up before it had a chance to ring twice.

Not exchanging greetings the King shouted into the phone annoyed now that he knew nothing about his mate, "Brandon! Affer mihi de Arabella Gardenia lima! Statim!" He spoke firmly in Latin.

'Brandon! Get me the file of Arabella Gardenia! Immediately!'

"Dextera tua gratia." The person on the other side jumped before he answered.

'Right away, your grace.'

In exactly two minutes, The King heard a knock on his door and he knew it was Brandon. He had taken those few minutes to prepare himself for whatever was in that file he ordered.

"Venient in!" he shouted at the door.

'Come in!'

Immediately the doors burst open and a tall, slender man with messy hair entered with a folder in his hand.
