Luke's POV:
"Luke..""Luuuke.." Someone repeats, probably Beau. I ignore him again.
"Luke.." He repeats this time adding a nudge to my cheek. "Who the fuck is on the couch?"
"I don't know, Beau go away." I mumble.
"So, some random chick just slept on our couch last night?"
I shot up from my sleeping postion. A girl? What? A throbbing pain pierces my head. I shut my eyes and lay back down. What happened last night? I try to put together the pieces of events floating through my head back together. I slowly sit up again, carefully opening my eyes, letting in as least sunlight in my vision as possible.
"I'll go check in a second, just give me a minute." Without another word, he nods and walks out of the room.
I go to the living room to approach the slumbering guest. When I peek over the couch, I see a mess of brown hair. As she fumbles around in her doze, the hair falls off of her face and it's...
"Lyla?!" I said a little too loudly.
She flinches at the sound of my voice, but opens her just barely cracks her eyes open.
Lyla's POV:
My vision is still blurred, still half-asleep I feel around my bed, but this isn't my bed. I dart my head up and my eyes are completely opened now. I fell asleep in Luke's apartment? Oh shit.
"What're you doing here?" He asks confused.
"I'm sorry! I kind of just fell asleep here. I told you I should've just gone home last night." I tell him.
"Wait...I let you in here?"
"Yeah..." I said slowly, now I'm the confused one.
"What happened last night?" So many questions. Does he seriously not remember anything? Actually I'm not surprised he forgets alot of things I've noticed.
"Well...there was a party and you know.." I said trying not to bring up the traumatizing events that happened last night.
"Oh. My. God. We had sex?"
"What the hell..NO!" I argue, but I guess Luke didn't hear me.
"Did I drink? Don't answer that. I probably did, considering I fucked you." The words tumbled out of his mouth.
