Okay I'm really sorry about how bad this is I'm still trying to make it fit their personalities but it's not going to plan. So I know I've updated twice today well that's because I finished the first 4 chapters for this story but I'm not sure what to write next so feel free to leave comments. Hope you enjoy this :)
It was lunchtime before the blonde boy awoke from his deep slumber, the lights burned as he gradually opened his eyes to look around at the unfamiliar white room. He didn't know where he was. He barely knew who he was. He didn't remember how he got there all he knew is he wanted to get away from that room.
-
"Is anybody in here?" He called out in a hoarse voice, his voice dry from lack of water.
-
If anyone was there they hadn't made it known, and while knowing that Kenma pushed himself up out of the bed. It took him many attempts as his vision kept going blurry with the sudden rush of blood to his brain. When he eventually managed he had to support himself by placing one hand on the bed.-
Minutes went by before he plucked up the courage to lift his hand from where he had had it planted. He looked around the room once more before shuffling slowly towards the door, being careful not to lose his balance the whole way.-
Kenma eventually reached the door and fled into the hallway, not knowing where he was going but hoping he'd finally recognise something.
-
Kuroo was sat in his Chemistry class counting down the minutes until the last bell would ring and he could make sure Kenma was okay. He was so busy looking out of the window that he didn't hear the teacher call on him to answer the question on the board. But Kuroo being the genius he is only needed to look at the question for a few seconds before instantly being able to answer it before resuming back to his 'staring out of the window' trance.
-
When the bell rang Kuroo rushed out of his classroom not caring about who he'd just ran into until he met eyes with them. Looking back at him were a pair of piercing gold eyes, almost cat-like. "Excuse me," Kenma whispered, barely audible, as he steadied himself and carried on his way down the, what seemed like, never ending hallway.
-
Kuroo wasn't sure if he'd just imagined it but as he started to realise what had just happened the short boy was already out of sight.
-
The dark haired boy scrambled to his feet and sprinted in the direction that his boyfriend had disappeared in. It was all too soon before Kuroo realised he'd lost him, he didn't know which way to go and it seemed like there were endless possibilities.
-
But what bothered him the most was the fact that Kenma had looked at him how he normally looks at strangers, as if he didn't know who Kuroo was at all. He convinced himself that he was just over thinking things and that Kenma was just in a rush to get somewhere. But where was that somewhere?
-
That was the never-ending question that played on Kuroos mind as he walked through the gates of the school ready to walk home.
