I owe you guys so much updates but after this chapter, I'd be posting one more and then I will put this one on hold, seeing as I need to focus on uni first (I am graduating in 9 months, hopefully!!). DON'T WORRY, I wrote a couple of stories, 100% completed and ready to publish, so that you'd have some stuff to read (and hopefully, you guys won't forget about my existence) while I'm in uni, barely living. I am so so so sorry for being so inconsistent but I feel like I'm continuously producing shitty chapters and I don't want that at all. I don't want to just leave this as is, either. I have so much ideas for this one. Anyways, I hope you like this chapter.

I didn't know if I had the right to push the conversation further so I left it at that, standing up from the stool and approaching Vic, hugging him from behind and holding him as tight as I could. "What are you doing?" He murmured with a chuckle.
"I'm hugging you."
"I could see that."
"I'm trying to squeeze out all the sad."
"You're too adorable." He chuckled again, which resulted in me blushing like a little kid who got showered with so much complements during his first show and tell. "Hungry?" He asked after a while. I reluctantly pried myself off of him, looking at him with sad eyes. He saw my face and flashed me a smile instead, a genuine one. How could he smile genuinely after all of the things that he has been bottling up to himself? This is too unfair. Everything is unfair for him.
I nodded and muttered a yes and he instructed me to sit down once again as he plates our meal. Undoubtedly, Vic is too nice for words. How could someone so pure at heart be this good in keeping everything to himself? I don't know what I could and would do to help him but I want to now. I pity him, I really do. "What are you thinking about?" He asked as he approached me, setting down the plates containing delicious-looking pasta of some sort in front of us. He dragged the stool from beside me and sat down himself.
"You." I answered truthfully.
"What about me?"
"This looks so good." I murmured, momentarily trying to forget about the sad topic at hand. I know that I wouldn't be able to dodge the topic forever but I needed time to stall my raging thoughts.
"Eat up. It would be a shame if the food goes to waste." He said, circling the pasta with his fork and shoving a good amount in his mouth. I watched him momentarily, just trying to read his thoughts through his actions and his face but I couldn't find any other than contentment.
"Why do you always seem so calm?"
"Because I am."
"Why?"
"I just try not to think about stuff."
"How do you do that?"
"I'm not entirely sure. It just happens, I guess." He said as he fed himself another forkful of food, chewing on it cleanly. I imitated his actions and honestly, it felt like the flavors decided to have a little party with my taste buds!
"This is so good!" I coo, wiping the small amount of sauce that dribbled at the corner of my lips. I took another forkful and went to chew happily. "Seriously, can I hire you to be my personal chef?" I asked as I finished chewing. He laughed at me, covering his mouth as he did so. The little action made me smile, as weird as that may sound. He looked so delicate and proper and I caught myself staring at him.

"Are you going for the total fuck boy move by playing a horror movie?" I asked as we entered this movie room that he mentioned before. By movie room, I was expecting to see a room with a TV with surround speakers at the corners of the place, a couch situated somewhere but boy was I wrong. The room, just like any other room, is huge. The lights are yellow and not too bright, only really illuminating the four corners of the room. There's a massive screen at one wall, towers of shelves containing DVDs at the other wall, a door leading to another room opposite the screen, a L-shaped couch situated at the center. What made the room a lot more comfortable, though, is the fuzzy rug that tickled my feet as soon as I stepped foot inside. There are a lot of rectangular pillows laid down on the floor just in front of the sofa.
