The following day of the "accident" Alexis left the house earlier than she usually did. She wrote a quick note for Casper to not wait for her to have lunch before going out into the streets. She needed time to think. Casper needed time to think. What a mess!! He probably didn't understand what he had done.

A kiss as innocent as his had been, for someone that had some feelings, was like the fire that could make the smallest gunpowder to explode. Her feelings for him were getting stronger, but she had been living for some years and had had enough heartbreaks in the past to get used to it. Alexis knew that they were crossing a different barrier that she had never cross before. She had kissed several men and had sex with her two ex boyfriends but they had never been her roommate. When something went wrong, she just finished things and moved on.

With Casper, in the other hand, she feared for herself and for him. He was innocent in those matters. He would probably forget about her as soon as he could get a job. He would find new people and realize that she was a simple woman, not as beautiful as those models that men used to satisfy themselves.

Alexis walked randomly around the city, not really paying attention to her surroundings. When she finally broke out of her trance, she found herself at Liza's front door.

She needed to talk with someone about him and Liza was the best person to do it. She was her best-friend and for sure she would think she was crazy but she would listen and support her even way.

Gathering some courage, Alexis rang the bell of her friend's apartment.

It didn't took long for Liza to answer the door. For someone  who had been partying all week, her friend seemed to be quiet awake.

"Hey Alexis! Come in. I didn't know you would show up. Do you want coffee? I just made a half a liter for my day," She asked Alexis when they entered her living room.

"It would be nice. Thank you Liza." Alexis said, siting on the small but comfortable sofa.

Liza went to the kitchen and filled a cup with the hot "miracle" liquid.

She passed the cup to Alexis and sat beside her.

"So... what brings you here?" Liza asked, taking a sip and moaning in pleasure. "God... I was in need of this..."

Alexis gave her a smile and took also a sip from her cup.

"Well... You know Casper... I need to tell you something..." She started but was interrupted not even four seconds later by Liza sudden exclamation.

"Finally!! How is he in bed? Like George Clooney? Like a ferocious animal?" Liza asked yelling, probably waking the neighbors that had decided to spend more minutes in bed.

Alexis blinked completely surprised by her friend's reaction.

"Liza... Casper and I didn't have sex. And why would you compare him to George Clooney?"

"You didn't?Oh well... You will do it soon, I'm sure of it," Liza said, dismissing the issue with her hand. Looking at Alexis, she asked what was the reason for her friend obvious distress.

"Well... do you remember that man I draw during class?" Alexis asked, searching her friend's face to detect a reaction.

"Yes. Gorgeous man! Pure fantasy and surreal..." Liza sighed.

"Well... I'm not sure about the last... Casper is that man." Alexis confessed, her eyes travelling to her hands that were grabbing the now empty cup of coffee.

"Excuse me.. what??" Liza asked, surprised and a bit worry for her friend's confession. Was Alexis crazy? Was she with problems of hearing or was just that she was still sleeping and dreaming?
