Chapter 1

I snuggled up in my warm covers,they feel so good and i want to enjoy them beacause i might not get another upportunity to sleep in them,atleast not in the near future. The other kids always make me sleep on the bare floor or in the kitchen,and sometimes when am being a good girl as they say, they'll let me sleep on the couch in the living room.

As most of you would have already guessed,i am not the favorite person in the orphanage.Being bullied is part of my life,i'm not used to people being good to me.

I lost my dad and mom during the last war between our pack and a rival pack,i dont even remember their faces well just that my mom has a striking red hair which i inherited. The other orphans took it to their task to bully me from the day i arrived. I do almost all the laundry,the cooking and other chores even though the alpha pays people to do it. The boys dorm and the girls dorm is connected with a central living room in,a kitchen and the main front door.

My life in school was no better. There is the betas daughter,britney, who happens to be the chairleeder, together with her group and also damons surbodinates, the soon to be alpha. He dosen't bully me like the others do but then, he dosent even notice me. Most of the times,i would run errands for his group like collecting their meal from the cafteria when they want to eat in class,carrying their bags to the class and stuffs. He usually dosent even look at me and whenever am being beaten by them for not doing something properly, he just walks away like am some piece of trash.

Today was not different from anyother day, Tom, my number one bully in the pack house woke me up with a bucket of ice water. Did i forget to mention its fhe middle of winter? yeah,it is. The water was so cold i instantly jumped up and started to shiver.

"How does it feel huh? Thats what you get for letting me wake you up. Do i have to remind you you're the maid around here?"

I shook my head feeling cold and teary. He continued "prepare our breakfast and dont be late". He walked away leaving me drenched.

I silently went straight to the store room,to the corner where i keep my clothes since i dont have a room. Actually, i did have a room but the other kids decided it was a waste of space and they turned it into some game room. I had no other choice and so i practically moved to the store room since it was empty. I keep my clothes there and whenever i needed to use the toilet, i had to go to the public one outside. I quickly changed my clothes into something warm and started to prepare breakfast.

In less than two hours, i finished praparing breakfast and decided to take a bath. After i was done, i quickly grabbed my bag and went to school before the other's came out and found a reason to bully me.

When i arrived in school,i was the first person to come so i found a quite corner behind the parking area and sat down to finish my homework due to lack of time. Back in the orphanage,i was always the last person to sleep because whenever the other's found out i'm sleepy,they keep sending me on errands untill they retire to bed. I was done and the school was already crowdy so i decided to go to class.

I was walking with my head down like i always do when i heard hushed noises and whispers. I turned around to see all the girls drooling and straightening their clothes and hair and no one needed to tell me that damon has arrived. I stood beside the other girls to let them pass.

Britney hurried to his side. "hyy damon i'm having a pool party on saturday will you be there?". She was batting her eyelashes and shaking her body. Without even giving her a second glance,he nodded and walked away. The rest of his crew,josh,randall,cole and harry followed closely behind flashing the girls their coolest smile.

I turned away and started to walk when a ball hit me on my head. I was used to being hit so i did not turn around but instead decided to walk faster.
