- You know...it's not polite to not answer the door – A voice was heard from outside, sounding playful – Especially when I know you're in there – The voice change dramatically. It turned darker, more threatening.

A loud noise was heard and next thing you knew was the door flew across the room and the walls cracked. Lucifer wasn't a patient person, especially for such insignificant scum like the two of you. You finally reacted and, frightened, hid behind Michael's back. You were terrified by Lucifer's red eyes, and that was something Michael could understand; even when he saw them more times than he could count, it still frightened him how much they could intimidate him.

- What did I tell you, son? – Lucifer asked, looking at him and tilting his head to the side– You don't just lie to the Devil and get away with it – A devilish smile appeared on his face.

Michael didn't dare to speak; he just hid you a little better behind his back, hopelessly wishing Lucifer didn't see you.

- Who's that... - You whispered quietly behind him. He could feel you shaking, your little hands grabbing handfuls of his leather jacket, using him as a shield. You were terrified, and Michael couldn't help but blame himself – Why is he talking about the Devil?

- Shut up... - He whispered back.

- Oh, no need to whisper guys – Lucifer said leaning against the broken doorframe, raising an eyebrow – You guys are actually being kinda rude! Not answering when I call, whispering in front of me like I'm not even here... - He said, pushing himself off his position and walking towards you, standing in front of Michael. Their noses were almost touching. He loved being like that:
intimidating. Letting you know he didn't give a shit about what you were thinking, because whatever you did, you'd never be as strong as him. He could break your neck without even moving his hand before you knew what hit you, and no one should ever hold that much power. But he did, and he wasn't afraid to abuse it. That was the reason everyone feared him so much – Why did you lie to me? – He said through gritted teeth.

- I didn't lie to you – Michael said.

- AND HERE YOU ARE, LYING TO ME AGAIN. TO MY FACE! – He yelled, his voice echoing around the house and making the walls shake vigorously. You were almost sure the entire neighborhood heard – Who is this irrelevant piece of crap huh? – Lucifer said walking past him and grabbing you by the arm, dragging you out of your hiding place.

- Leave her alone! – He screamed, not being able to stop himself. He'd never defied the Boss before, and he was about to shit his pants. But if he wanted to get his anger out on anybody, that should be him. Michael knew you were innocent; he wasn't going to let you pay the consequences of the mistakes he had made.

Lucifer just smiled, not at all threatened by him, but instead looking rather amused.

- Are you rebelling against me, Pharzuph? – He said narrowing his eyes – Is this what has made you so distracted? – He asked raising your arm, displaying you for him to see like a rotten piece of meat – This insignificant...human? – He said deeply disgusted. He was grabbing you so harshly the skin was probably bruising under his hand already, and your face twisted in pain a little, but you didn't dare to say a word just yet; your mind not processing what was really going on and who this man was. Regardless of your confusion, you knew he wasn't human. No human could've had such a strong grip and the ability to rip a door apart without even flinching.

- I'm sorry Boss – Michael said after a couple seconds, realizing that being hostile wouldn't really help anyone. He looked at you for a second with regret evident in his features and your eyes widened immediately: you'd finally understood who that man was – I'm sorry I lied to you.
