Edward had told me about a girl at school named Bella. He couldn't read her mind and it was driving him crazy.
I hadn't been able to go to school because of the whole protection thing so I've been making Jasper, Edward, and Rose telling me what's been happening in the outside world.
Apparently things with this Bella girl have been going pretty good because she's coming to meet the family tonight. From what I've heard from Rose, she's pale, awkward, and kind of annoying, but I'll just have to see for myself. It's been really nice hanging out with Esme all the time, but Carlisle is always working at the hospital.
My life really has changed since I met them ,but I think it's for the better. I don't know what I would have ever done if I never met Jasper. He's the first man I've ever loved.
"So, have you kissed her yet?" I asked Edward eagerly.
"Briggs!" He chuckled.
"What? I thought we were friends. Friends are suppose to tell each other these thing. Plus I feel like I have no life." I whined.
"Yes we are friends and yes I did kiss her. And I think your going a bit stir crazy."
"I can agree with that, but Jasper doesn't want to chance anything."
"How about tomorrow me, you, and Jared do a little jail break."
"You know, you can be a real saint sometimes. Why did I have to fall for the overly protective one?" I asked jokingly.
"Because he loves you to."
"What, you don't?" I smirked.
"You know what I mean."
"Yes I do, and I look forward to meeting this girl that you waited so long to start dating."
"You better be nice."
"Don't I have to be? Rose told me she was Sharif's daughter."
"Just don't freak her out. You can kind of be a little over the top."
"You got my word. I swear that I won't do anything to her."

"Alright, wish me luck." He smiled.
"You don't need it, I mean look at you."
"Thanks." He turned and left to pick Bella up.
I followed him downstairs and found Jasper reading on the couch.
"Hey Cowboy." I sat down on his lap.
"Hey you."
"I am so bored. Can we go for a walk?" I pleaded.
"I don't think that's a good idea." He sighed.
"Come on Jasper! I'm going crazy here. I can't stand staying inside all day every day."
