chapter 9

Well its Tuesday and ughh i really don't want to go to school but i have to sadly.
Right now I'm getting ready i just finished doing my hair and putting on little eyeliner and mascara. Today i decided to wear dark skinny jeans, my converse, and a black off the shoulder long sleeve shirt that has a picture of Gir on it. Making sure i have everything i headed down stairs where my mom was currently sitting at the table staring blankly into space.
I tapped her shoulder and she looked up at me,
"Oh well good morning dear."

'Um morning mom are you okay'

"Yes I'm fine just a lot on my mom right now."

'Does it involve my dad if it does the-' i got cut off by the doorbell ringing. 'I got it but after school were finishing this conversation mom and i mean it.' she just nodded weakly.

"Hey babe. Are you okay?"

'Yes John I'm fine just worried about my mom is all.'

"Oh okay well we better get going. Bye victoria I'll have Zoe back home later but no longer than 10 okay?"

"Thats fine dear have a good day you 2."

We got in the car and were off to school the right was quiet, well besides the radio.

"Hey angel do you um maybe want to um i don't know meet my parents tonight as my mate?" Why is he so nervous about that. Holy shrimp balls what if they disapprove because I'm mute, there aren't really many mute wolves in the world but they do exist.

'What if the don't approve of this because I'm mute and cant do much to help you lead the pack.?' i wrote sloppy on my board.

"I don't think that will matter because my mom is deaf. But she's really good at reading lips, oh thats one reason why i don't know sign language she told me it wouldn't be needed since shes really good at reading people lips, so please don't worry."
i breathed out a sigh of relief.

'Hmm okay then.'

We pulled up to the school and got out the car, John was holding my hand and let me tell you people gave um some interesting looks especially the humans. I chuckled inwardly it only they new.
Not even half way down the hall May came bounding down the hallway screaming.
"OMG Zoe you and mister football player huh?"
a blush made its way up to my face so i looked down. John grabbed my chin in between his fingers.
"Angel don't look away from me when you blush its cute."i blushed even more at this then looked up to see May smirking at me. I flipped her the bird and she gasped dramatically. " Ugh did you just flip me off you bitch." i chuckled at this but nodded my head. I noticed John looking at use with a weird expression but i let it pass.
We were now making our way to first period, John had his schedule changed to match mine which i was okay with.
We sat in the back of the class when the teacher walked in and started the lesson. i stared out the window just thinking everything through. All my first half classes where like this and now its lunch. Me and John were holding hands walking to the cafeteria until in of his friends stopped us.

" hey John whats up, why you with the freak?" whatever his name was asked. I think is name is Danny or Derek idk done shit like that but really did he just call me that? a growl ripped from John
"She is not a freak she is your future Luna now treat her with respect!" ohh mad boyfriend thats kind of a turn on.
"My bad bro I'm sorry."

"Babe this is my beta Rori. Sorry he can be a jerk some times babe." i looked up him and nodded letting him know that it was okay.

Man i don't think the pack will be use to this at all.
