I cant believe that her piece of a shit dad really did that to her. I thought that dads were suppose to love their daughters and treat them like princesses not he way he did. The bastard better be lucky i never see him or he's a dead man no one hurts my mate then gets away with it. She means the world to me and it breaks my heart to see her this way.

" Zoe baby will you go on a date with me tomorrow?" i asked as i pulled away to look at her face. She thought for a bit then nodded her head yes. I probably looked like a huge fool grinning from ear to ear i have to make this perfect for her.

Zoe's p.o.v

Wow i cant believe he just asked me on a date!!!! Ohh emm gee what do i wear oh god.

" Babe i want to be a superhero guess my name."

i shrugged my shoulders showing him that i didn't know

" I wanna be your man." he said that with the cheekiest smile ever omg he's such a big dork. I laughed a bit which hurt my throat a little but shook off the feeling.

" I love you Zoey so much you mean everything to me." i was shocked but smiled.

" I love you too John more than you know." i whispered barely audible but i knew he heard me.

My mom had finally finished dinner so were are currently sitting around the table.

"So John i heard you the alphas son?" my mom asked.

" Um yes i am I'll be alpha after we do the ritual and mating process is complete." he said avoiding my moms eyes blushing. Aww his blush is to cute.

"Oh well then um hehe thats good I'm glad your my daughters mate." i looked at my mom with a raised eyebrow.

' Really mom really?' i asked.

' Well yeah dear this boy is cute and hmm if i was your sister instead.'

' Eww mom gross he's my boyfriend!' I signed but horror was written on my face while John looked at us with amusement clearly on his face.

" Um sorry to interrupt y'all's talking i guess but i have to go pack business." John got up and kissed my temple, " I'll pick you up in the morning okay.?" i just nodded my head and then he left but not without saying goodbye to my mom.

Well tonight's dinner sure was something.
