Chapter 17: Long awaited

Blake's P.O.V

"Shut the fuck up." I said lowly and Salvatore did as he was told.

"Where the fuck is it?" I growled at him before grabbing his collar and held my fist up waiting to attack him.

"I don't know." He spat out the blood from his mouth and chuckled.

I punched his face and made sure his nose bled.

"Don't fucking lie to me." I gripped his hair and slammed him against the chair he was bound to.

"I'm not fucking lying." He grumbled.

"Fine. Suit yourself."

"Have fun." I smirked sadistically and left the room.

I smiled to myself when I heard his screams echoing throughout the room.

Here a little back story about Salvatore.

Salvatore owes me a shit load of money and he also helped dad try to kill me so I told my gang to go after him and now that I got him, I won't hesitate to kill him and I did.

I'm having a rough day.

I mean, it could've been worst but thanks to Hailey I would say that today wasn't that bad.

I got to see her beautiful face early in the morning and she even cooked me breakfast.

What more could I ask for really?

I whipped out my phone when I heard it ring then answered it.

"Hello?" I gruffly answered.

"Hey." Hailey replied and I smiled softly to myself.

"Hailey. What's up?"

"Where are you?" I ran my hand through my hair and I sighed.

"I'm at the mansion. I had some... Business to do." I shook my head even though she couldn't see me.

"So you missed school for your "business"?" I knew she was making air quotations and I held back my chuckle.

"Yeah. Wait. Did something happened to you when I wasn't around?" I asked worriedly.

"No..."

"Good."

"Blake... You promised me you'll be in school remember? I guess you can say I got worried because I was looking for you..." She mumbled dejectedly.

"I'm sorry Princess but this was an important confrontation. I promise I'll be there to pick you up after school though alright?"

"Alright then. I'll see you after school." She happily ended the call and I chuckled at her.

Since when did she need me?

I shook my head with a smile and went to the office.

I still had some paper work to file and it was difficult because dad had purposely piled them up for me to see if I was ready to handle the Mafia.

I sat down in my chair and got to work immediately.

I was finally done and just in time to go pick Hailey up.

I smiled to myself and got out to pick her up.

"Blake." I heard Chase call me.
