Sooo...I'm really sorry for not updating :/ I know I'm awfully late but here's a chapter as an apology :)

What could I possibly do though ?
Mr.Xavier runs a school , teaches genetics in college and takes care of mutant problems or whatever...
He must be exhausted everyday . I don't think he has been even eating well . I decided I'll grab something from the cafeteria on my way and make him some green tea in order to relax his body .
It was almost 8 . I walked to the office and knock .
Nothing .
Is he not there ?
I knock again this time longer and louder . Still no answer but I do believe I heard a little humming on the other side . I try opening the door and it wasn't locked . I slowly peek in. Charles ..Mr.Xavier..is in there , with his head on his desk and his hair falling on his face . He hums every now and then , and doesn't seem to acknowledge my presence .
I walk towards him and move a strand of his hair from his face . He looks so tired . I'm pretty sure he hadn't had enough sleep .
I lock the door behind me and try to gently wake him up . I'll stay up to help him with his work , maybe we can both be done quickly .
"Mister ?" I softly shake him but it's no use . He's still in his sweet dreams .
WAKE UP , MR.XAVIER!
I scream in his mind and he suddenly jumps to the right where the chair ends...
Crash...
Mr.Xavier falls on the floor pulling the books and almost everything on the desk with him . Ouch!
"What the..." he whispers , not processing what just happened.
"Oh my god , sorry!" I run to him , helping with the books and papers on him and give him a hand to get up .
"Hey.." he tiredly says as he ruffles his messy hair .
"Hehe . Hey , Professor ." I giggle as I watch him rub his eyes and yawn .
He shakes my hand and smiles , "How are you , Len ?"
"I guess I should be the one asking you that!" I exclaim .
"Ask me about how you are ? Well your thoughts seem calm so you're apparently relaxed and - "
"You really need some sleep ." I laugh and he just frowns with a confused look . "I meant how are you , Professor? You don't seem so well . "
"No no I'm absolutely fantastic!" He then yawns , exposing the lie he just told .
"Clearly . You need some rest , how about we go for a walk ?" I suggest , already not waiting for his response by grapping his arm .
"Wait! What about your studying though ? Are you okay with the-"
"Sshh. I'm a tough guy , don't worry ."
"Well...at some point..you are Kyle who is a guy.." he adorably laughs but interrupted when pulled by me to the exit of the college . I take him to a nearby park and we sat enjoying the nice weather of today . He lays his back on a tree and I start getting out the food I got out of my bag .
I had a carton of milk , a burger and a bowl of mashed potatoes . Yeaahh I do realize how unfitting the burger is but I grabbed it anyway . AND I haven't forgotten the vaccum flask of green tea!
"You got all of that for me ?" He stares in shock .
"Hehe , yep . Hope you like green tea ." I pour him a cup .
"I do! Thank you so much! I don't remember anyone doing that for me apart from Raven!"
Ummm who's is Raven ?
"My childhood best friend." He loudly replies . I kinda feel my face reddening but I try not to think of anything . I don't want him to know that I'm slightly jeal-
Sshh don't think about that!
"Let me show her to you." He stares at me and transfers a memory of how Raven looks like . Mmm a cute blonde , lovely green eyes...
She's truly prettier than me .
"Is she...a mutant ?"
"Yep, a shapeshifter ." He proudly says and I whisper "woah" in awe .
"She'll surely be glad to meet you . Just pass this year and let's visit the school ." He softly pats on my shoulder . "Now get going to study , don't waste time!"
"Sure! Take care of yourself . Don't overwork ." I smile as I wave at him goodbye then head up to my room before curfew .
Raven , huh ?
Hmph . Stop thinking about her .
I practically jump into the room , for once in my life , excited to study . It's true , when you do something for someone , you do it with much more effort and love than if it's for yourself .
No one is there as always . No , wait...
"Cameron ?? Don't you dare prank me ?" I say out loud in the vacant room .
Nothing . Well then guess he's not -
I felt arms around me from behind and I scream startled .
Unaware of what I'm doing , I elbow who's behind me on the stomach with all the power I have .
"What the heck , El?" I hear Cameron grunting .
"Oh god , I'm so sorry ! I was just startled! Plus you're an idiot , why would you prank me like that!" I rush to check on him .
"Hey , you okay ?" I sheepishly ask .
"Kinda ."
"Be a man! "
I say in my fake manly voice and fist-pump him . He chuckles and gets up , places one hand on my shoulder and pulls me close .
"I am a man ." He says with a smile . I blush but I can't deny how happy I am that I'm not getting the rude treatment .
Man , her blushing face is super cute...
I hear his thoughts and I stare at him but then I act as if I heard nothing not to freak him out .
"Sooo I have a whole lot to study " I say as I move his arm away .
"Yeah , exams are soon , huh ?" He asks . "You don't really seem troubled ." I giggle .
"I'm a straight A student ." He shrugs making me gasp .
"What " how (o.o)
"Never expected that , did you ? I like studying when invisible . You know I can hide my voice too ?"
He adds . Wow he's far more experienced with controlling his powers than me . I can barely telepathize ugh!
I'm so disappointed aahh
"Can you show me ??" I excitedly demand .
"Sure ." He smirks and shuts his eyes for a moment . He reopens them and I can see his lips moving but no voice coming out .
A hint of a magnetic field is barely visible around his lips .
He mouthes , " Like it ?"
I grin and nod . "Impressive ."
"Thank you , m'lady "
I shake my head and pour my bag full of books on the bed . TIME TO STUDY.
