Irene's POV~
I heard the sweet innocent laugh of my daughter and smiled she was adorable. I have the ability to change her to any age I want so I am going to make Athena look 6 again and with every 10 minutes she'll age until she's 17 again (Lol see what I did there the movie 17 again huh huh... Ok.) They walk in and I ask to talk to Enki and Cressida. "Cressida Enki I'm going to use magik's and make Aphmau/Athena look 6 years old so every 10 minutes she'll age do you think I should maybe make it 5 minutes?" "I think 5 minutes so she can get home we need to keep an eye on her she seems off I think somethings wrong at her home." "Alright I'm going to do it now." We walk back in and Aphmau looks beautiful I hug her and then use my magik's she looks adorable as a 6 year old. Cressida picks her up lucky for us she still has the brain of a 17 year old so I explain everything to her. 40 minutes pass so I give her her powers since she's almost back to 17. She's 14 now so we talk and she seems happy I know that she can only talk to me telepathically 10 more times so we say goodbye and she knows about her power but not how to control it. I send her, Cressida and Enki back and that was it I couldn't see her until the time was right.
2 week's later~
Aphmau's POV~
I head to math class with Aaron and we get there and see Ivy I keep my head down so she won't see me but she does she glares at me and Aaron then smile innocently when Garroth gets there weird. "Ok so class we have prom next week and I need volunteers to help set up." Me, Cadenza and Katelyn raised our hands and we got picked I get to pick the location and Cadenza will pick the theme then all of us will decorate the place.
3 Hours Later~
It's lunch so me, Cadenza and Katelyn go to the location and pick a theme. We picked a woodlands theme and started decorating we had Aaron help us he is really nice. Soon I realize the time and say I have to go. We all head home together since we all live near each other we say goodbye and I said I would talk to Laurence when I got home but I knew it would be a little later... "APHMAU! YOUR LATE!" "I'm sorry father." the problem was he was drunk and when I go to my room Laurence is right next door. He beat me badly this time there was blood all over my cloths and my head was bleeding from smashed beer bottles then he whipped me with a belt I was crying when I went upstairs Laurence saw and looked worried he got on his roof and texted me.

I go to the roof and see Laurence he jumps to my roof I feel very unwell and light headed so I don't have good balance Laurence holds me up I tell him I feel lightheaded and he sits me down I lean on his shoulder and all I see is black after that.
