Y/N's POV

"What are they doing?" Dante questioned as he stared through the window.

"By the looks of it, they're having a conversation obviously." I said sarcastically. The girl Garroth is talking to had long blonde hair, stunning emerald eyes, and was wearing a long light blue dress. She looked like if as she lived in a castle! I just sipped through the draw of my drink as Garroth finally came in the door.

"Hey, what took you so long?" Dante beamed, scooting over so Garroth could sit next to him.

"Huh?—Oh! I ranged into Dad on the way. He's showing Valerie around today." Garroth replied.

"Valerie?......Who's she?.." I asked, handing Garroth his lemonade. Even though my mind was already guessing it, I still asked anyways.

"My parents friends Daughter I told you about earlier. She's moving back to town and her family's just getting situated."

I nodded. Trying my best to not make any assumptions. I fiddled around with the straw of my drink watching the ice move around.

"So, Dante! I never knew you were here. Didn't you have plans with Nicole?" Garroth asked, inquisitively.

"Oh! About that... Things didn't go as expected... I came here to just cheer myself up a bit. I'm going to get us some coins for the games. I'll see you two at the desert spot!" I watched as Dante hurriedly walked away. What's up with him?

Garroth and I both caught up with Dante after we finished up our drinks. As we met up at the desert spot, Dante was chatting with someone. Wait....Kawaii~chan?!

"Kawaii~chan never knew Dante~Kun had a sweet tooth!"

"Heh, I never knew you worked here for your second job too, Kawaii~chan."

Wait......Dante dated Kawaii~chan and Nicole both before. That might explain why 'Things didn't go well'.

"Kawaii~chan? Fancy seeing you around here! Especially seeing you work here, wow!" Garroth exclaimed.

"Garroth~Kun? Oh, and Y/N~chan! What are you guys doing here? Ohhhh!! I get it!" Kawaii~chan turned to Dante, whispering something in his ear.

"What? No, Kawaii~chan! Stop making assumptions! They're not on a date!" Dante laughed.

W-What?....Did she really—

"So! Dante what are we playing first!" Garroth said, changing the subject.

"Oh! I was thinking we should go on the race cars first. That is if you both want to."

"Sure! I don't see why not! In fact, I would love to kick your sorry butts." I giggled.

"That is if you can! I come here like EVERY week. I'm a pro at racing. You think you can even stand a chance agents me?" Dante bragged.
