Star Wars: The Twin Wars

Tatooine

    Rey and Luke, now stranded on Tatooine, have been walking for hours trying to find somewhere to get parts for the hyperdrive. It was hot, and they seemed to only walk a mile in about an hour. When there was wind, it was filled with sand pounding at their faces. Luke seemed to know where he was going, and Rey just followed.
    After about half a day of walking, Luke pointed into the distance at a small village. He said, "Look there is a town not far away from here." Little did he know that it was the village that his father grew up in.
Luke and Rey keep walking and finally get there. They have about an hour until it gets dark, so they start to look for a place to buy parts for the ship. As they walk through, Luke tries to get to know Rey. "Rey what happened to your family?" Luke starts off with.
Rey is reluctant at first to tell Luke anything but after a while she gives in. "I wasn't always a scavenger." she starts. "When I was younger my mother, younger sisters, and I were all slaves, because my mother had to pay off a debt. When some of it was paid off some gambler named Watto came into Jakku. Watto won a bet with our master, with which he won our master's slaves, which was us." Rey was starting to choke on her words, because she has never said this out loud before.
Luke looked over at her and said, " You don't have to continue on with the story if you don't want to." He could tell that this was a difficult topic for her to discuss.
Rey clears her throat and continues, "My mom pleaded with our master to let me be free because we had already paid him some back. He agreed that I would get my freedom, but they had to go away until they paid their way away from Watto." Rey filled with the sadness from the memories fought back the tears that were trying to form.
Luke lastly asked, "What are their names?" He wasn't trying to pry but he was curious.
Rey almost cries at this point as she says, "My mother's name is Natalie, and my twin sisters' names are Veronica and Vanessa." At this moment Rey gets a weird feeling, and Luke notices a difference in her body language. He can feel it too but he wants to see how well she works with the Force. Rey looks up and starts to sprint down the road, swerving between people trying to make her way over. She stops at a junk shop, and is frozen in shock. In the front of the shop is one of her sisters.
She is still frozen when Luke comes up from behind her. "So you could feel it too?" Luke asks Rey. "The Force is strong with her and her twin inside. I assume that they are your sisters." Luke smiles when the brown haired girl comes up to him and Rey.
"Hi. I'm Vanessa. Is there anything in particular that you are looking for?" Vanessa asks. She looks at Rey with a confused look on her face, and back at Luke.
Rey starts to choke up, "Hi. I'm Rey. I think that we already know each other." She said this hoping to get Vanessa to remember her. Once that was said Vanessa's eyes widened, and her mouth dropped.
"Rey is that really you?" Vanessa asked with a shocked expression. "Roni! Get out here now!" she yelled inside. A few moments later a girl that looked almost exactly like Vanessa came out.
"What seems to be the problem today?" Veronica asks annoyedly.
"Roni. It's me, Rey."  Rey says. Veronica's mouth drops just like Vanessa's did. She couldn't believe her eyes. They all got into a big group hug. Once they got out of the hug Rey said, "We need to talk."
