Day 2: Forgotten

Hyra POV
-7:45pm-

"Alright miss Hyra, remember you are welcomed to come and witness the surgery."

"No thank you." I said to our Doctor with a half hearted smile.
As the doctor chuckled and turned around, I grabbed their sleeve.

They turned back around and watched as I went down on my knees... My head looking to the floor and my eyes unable to open.

I cried out softly, "I beg of you... Please save him."

The doctor grabbed my shoulder and pulled me up slowly. He said in a reassuring tone,

"I will."

Jungkook POV
--4 Hours Later--

My eyes opening softly, my head suddenly clear. My heart beating at a normal pace and the feeling in my hands returning slowly slowly.

I'm alive.

I opened my eyes to the fullest and tried my hardest to sit up. I pushed on my arms and almost used all my strength, panting as I finally had my back off the bed.

I breathed heavily as I looked around realizing that I was actually alive.

I smiled softly and turned my gaze to the door which was creaking open.

That girl again?

I watched as she gasped once she saw me and ran to me. She embraced me full heartily.

My eyes widened as I realized...

I don't know her...

I lifted my hands and made an effort to push away this girl. She backed away step by step. Her eyes never leaving me, she said, "Jungkook... It's me! Hyra!"

"Don't you remember me?!" I could see the light glistening in her eyes.

I shook my head as my voice was not in its best condition. She came towards me and held my hand, "Jungkook! Don't joke around! It's me!"

I pulled my hand away from her and watched as she had a shocked and saddened expression on her face.

"You don't remember me?" I shook my head once again and as I did, I saw the light in her eyes disappear.

She fell to the ground and held her head in her hands.

What is she doing here? I really don't know her....

"You don't.... You can't..." She said beneath her tears.

"Jungkook."

How the hell does she know my name??

"You've forgotten me..."
