The New Girl My Best Friend

A/N this is my first story so please criticize me i want to get better at writing stories Anyway enjoy my story (T_T)＼(^-^ )'K!

'Why why did this have to happen to me right when i was about to confess to Dan why' Augusta thought to herself tears flowing down her cheeks. 'Why did Dad have to accept that stupid job offering that ruined my life!'

Augusta Green, the geeky girl that most people ignored or used, had to move to a new state far from her only friends, Dan and Samantha. It had taken Augusta a whole two months to get enough courage to talk to them and another 3 months to be prepared to confess to Dan her feelings for him.

'Why can't i be his? What did i do to deserve this heartache?' At this point Augusta couldn't stop her tears and she cried. She cried saying goodbye to her friends, deciding not to tell Dan her feelings Augusta had to shoulder the weight of her decision.

She went on a walk to try to clear her mind of her terrible thoughts. As she was walking she thought to her self 'if only i could make some friends or just one would be fine to help me through my hell adults call life'

"ouch!"

Meanwhile,

"It's been five months since school started Katherina! When will you stop getting into trouble? Your grades aren't helping you either. You got the lowest score on the mid terms not in your class but in the whole 10th grade! That's not something to be proud of. Get your act together young lady or we are sending you to New Beginnings."(New Beginnings helps bad students shape up and teaches them responsibility)

'Stupid adults never understand what i go through in this hell.' Katherina thought running from home tears flowing down 'Can't they understand that i try but always fail! Can't they understand that i can't learn while everyone is always laughing at my wrong answers while chanting 'Kath sucks at Math' over and over again! And not to mention all the gossip about the new girl. How do they expect me to learn here?'

Katherina Roan had never done well in school and always seemed to fail when she had worked so hard to pass. On top of that she had no friends since she'd would always get picked on for being "stupid". She never understood people and their "perfect" society where it's just fine to label people you don't even know for laughs from people who are "perfect" and not flawed or hurting inside like she clearly was.

She looked up at the foggy sky and whispered "Please God all i'm asking for is a friend to help me through this hell they call school."

Suddenly, as if on cue, a girl ran straight into Katherina. Though she had her hands on her head and was staring at the ground Katherina knew who this girl was. The new girl, Augusta Green.
