How could she do this to me? I can't believe her. 

Suddenly I heard crying coming from Aceils room. 

Why is she crying?

I decided to let go of my ego and go see what was up with her. Doesn't mean I'm not mad at her anymore.

Why am I not even giving her  a chance to explain herself? I'm being so unfair.

I go to her room and knock on the door.

"Who's there?", asked Aceil with pain evident in her voice.

I cleared my throat. Um Aceil? Why are you crying? Can I come in?

I waited a few seconds until I heard the door opening and there appeared my beautiful fiancé with tears in her eyes. She tried to wipe them away but it was too late. I already saw and heard her crying.

I automatically felt guilty for not giving her a chance to explain.

I completely forgot that I was supposed to be mad at her. 

Aceil baby why are you crying? Please tell me. I can't see you like this, I tell her.

Zayn  I swear I don't even know who that guy is. He literally came up to me and told me he remembered me from high school and then he asked me to take a selfie with me which I didn't say no to so that I didn't seem rude and a second before he snapped the pic he pretended he was going to kiss me, she told me very fast.

Wow. Saying I felt guilty would be an understatement.

Suddenly she asked me something I was never expecting her to ask me this soon.

Well yes I have Aceil. But it wasn't a girlfriend or anything like that.

I heard her mutter "Alhamdulillah "

It was with my brother. Who is gone now Allah yir7amo.

He meant the world to me but day after day I would find out his secrets and I found out he was a drug addict and alcoholic. Before we knew it, he died from drunk driving.

Aceil looked at me with shock. That's so sad. Habibi you must've been so sad, she tells me.

Yes, yes I was, I tell her. But yeah that's why I don't really trust people. I get so attached to them and then before I know it, they're gone. Anyway I make as much Duaa as I can for Allah to forgive him. Alhamdulillah I am a lot bettere now. That was 5 years ago. I guess you could say ' I've moved on'

Zayn? I think we should keep our distance until we're married. We want it to be special. Let's try to stay away from each other as much as possible until the wedding, Aceil tells me.
