The Devil Wears Armani (ON HOLD)

"I don't know Cher, this looks kind of much doesn't it? I mean we're just going to the club for a few drinks." I said to my best friend Cheryl, gesturing to myself. We were going to celebrate my graduation from Harvard. I barely recognized the person who was staring back at me from the mirror. Cheryl had made me wear an extremely short cocktail dress and 5 inch black stiletto heels. She had also put atleast 3 coats of makeup on my face but I washed that off and put on some red tint and a little mascara.

"You have got to be kidding me! Listen up Blair, this is the most conservative dress I have in my wardrobe and you're wearing it. And we're not just going to the club for some drinks you idiot! It's YOUR GRADUATION PARTY for heavens sake, you don't have to be a granny today. In fact I forbid you to be one. " Cheryl said as firmly as possible and I had to stifle a giggle .

"Whatever! Let's leave so we can come back soon." I replied grumpily

"You're impossible Blair Thompson."

I don't know why Cheryl thinks I'm impossible . I mean so what if I don't like clubs and parties and hip things. I care more about being successful. I'm driven and smart.and that's all that matters...

As we entered, I saw that the club was packed. I tugged on the hem of my dress which earned me a glare from Cher. We made our way to the bar and ordered our drinks. Cheryl took her drink and said," let's dance." "No thank you," I replied as nicely as possible and seeing the look on Chers' face I quickly added," I mean I'll join you when I'm done with my drink," I smiled at her

She looked suspiciously at me,narrowed her eyes and said ,"you'd better Thompson." And left.

I quietly sipped my margarita and scanned the crowd. There really were a lot of people here tonight. I was just going to join Cheryl when my eyes landed on a guy. He was toned everywhere and had the most perfect brown hair. His cheekbones were popping out making him look like model or even better. He suddenly shifted and his eyes found mine. His eyes dilated a bit and I noticed that they were shining blue like sapphires.He gave me a devilish smile and my heart skipped a beat . I felt a blush creep up as I realized that the guy had caught me staring at him. What is wrong with me?!? I quickly looked away and went back to my drink when I saw that he was coming towards me. I sat on the chair beside me which Cher recently vacated.

"Hey, my names Christian" he said and his voice made me feel tingly for some weird reason. I looked up and said," Hey. I'm Blair"

"Have we slept together? "

I couldn't believe he just said that. My jaw dropped a little. Did he just say that? He must've noticed my shocked look as he quickly added," I mean i think I recognize your ass."

I must've been red hot with fury and was about to slap him he let out a laugh. I was utterly confused and he said,"I'm sorry, it was just a dare, I'm sorry if I offended you." He was still laughing at me and I had never felt this humiliated in my entire life

In a moment of extreme fury and poor judgment I took what was left of my margarita and dumed it on his head. I watched as his beautiful face turned from confused to humiliated. I picked up my bag and haughtily told him, "I'm sorry, it was a dare" and left, grabbing a very stunned Cher on my way out.

When we reached home, I still couldn't forget the expression on Christians face when I left. It actually seemed like he was amused. Whatever, I don't have time to think about some egoistic guy who thinks he can do anything and get away with it. I have to wake up early tomorrow as I start working at Davidson Enterprises. Everything was going to be fine. Totally fine. And with that I drifted off to sleep.
