"You'll remember when it's time..."

Those words ring through my head throughout the day. What did Jack mean that I would remember when it was time? I sigh as Phil blabbers on about Dan and Jack trying to find me.

"Phil," I cut him off all of a sudden. "Do you know what Jack meant by 'I would remember eventually'?" He froze.

"Um..." He says after a minute or two. "Not that I can think of why?"

"Nothing," I mutter, looking away from him. "It's just been on my mind all day, that's all."

Phil knew what was going on. He was definitely hiding something from me and I was determine to find out. But how?

I sigh, staring at the mirror in front of me. My black hair was everywhere and it was covered in blood and dirt. My eyes look as if they were sunken into my skull because of how tired I was. Most of all I was rather pale, paler than usual. But that didn't matter. What mattered right now was trying to figure out what Jack was talking about. I sigh, leaving my "house", which was nothing but a small cot on the outside of the camp, and walked around.

There was nobody walking around the camp, and why would there be? It was night time and everyone was  suppose to be asleep, except for me of course. In the center of the camp, there was a small house. And by the looks of it, someone really important lived inside, so I didn't want to disturb them.

I started to make my way quietly to the outskirts of the woods but someone's voice makes me jump.

"What do you think you're doing?" A Swedish accented voice growls. I froze, slowly turning around. It was Felix.

"Just going for a walk," I reply smoothly. He narrows his icy blue eyes.

"Right now? While everyone is asleep?"

"I can't sleep," I insisted. Felix sighs.

"Just go back to your house Mark. You don't need to be up wandering around during these dangerous hours of the night." I sigh, went to walk around him but instantly froze. Felix, who was watching me the whole time, saw my reaction. "Mark?" Dread and terror race through my entire body. I stare wide eyed as I hear dozens of screams pierce the air. Felix's body stiffens as he too hears the screams. He puts an arm around my shoulder and leads me hurriedly to someone's cabin that I didn't recognize. Then again I was in terror as I listen to more screams pierce through the once silent night air.

Felix knocks hurriedly on the door. And after a couple of minutes, someone answers. It was Jack.

"Felix?" Jack asks before turning his head and exclaiming, "Mark?!"

"Where's Phil?" Felix asks, pushing us pass Jack.

"Phil!" Jack yells as Felix pushes me to sit down on the couch. Thinking that the worst was going to happen to me, I curl up into a little ball on the couch, hands covering my face whimpering. The memories from when the demons tortured me come flooding into my mind all of a sudden. All I heard were soothing mutters and the feeling of someone stroking my hair. And eventually, through my sobs and whimpers, I somehow managed to fall asleep.
