Falling for Gamzee Makara?

"Alex!"

Mr.Wartermer called out to me as I was sleeping in my Government class.Great Government teacher putting me out on the spot,what's worse that the whole class room looking at you or your about to get another call home?Mr.Wartermer began lecturing me on how school was important ,of course I began to pretend to listent as usuall.I glance over at Sollux and for one thing he gave me that i'm dissapointed look.The bell rang and of course I had to stay after to listent to my "punishment" GoG I wanted to hit my head into a brick wall and vanish!Mr.Wartermer finally finished allowing me to now go to lunch,but I never ate actually I usually sat near the back of the school sketching.Walking to the back of the school Sollux stoped me of course another lecture.

"Alex!You're gonna get your self into more trouble or worse."

I chuckled at his lisp I've always thought it was a bit cute actully,but it made him a bit nerdy aswell.

"Sorry Sol...It's just family problems again..."

"Mom and dad again hu?Sorry.."

I gave him a shrugg I didn't talk about my family problems really.We soon dismissed after a conversation and lecture,my mind was about to burst hopfully things will get better.Dragging myself outside I plopped down on the grass feeling it prick me which I really didn't mind actually.

"Hey M**********."

My eyes shot up seeing Gamzee above me bending over me.It didn't bother me he was my bestfriend and ...my crush how could I get mad at him.He and I were alike we drank we were distant from out families and outcasts from the school.Gamzee,my bestfriend since I could remember oh that's right we became friends just because no one liked him and made fun of his makeup.Yea that's it his clowny face makeup the only thing that really made me smile,Gamzee was the only person who I could be myself and talk to.He layed next to me in the grass as we began to look up at the blue clouded sky.Why did I have to like my best friend out all of my friends?

"You ok Alex?"

I snapped out of thought for a second turning my head twards Gamzee then away.

"Yea i'm fine I just have alot of things on my mind is all,don't worry about me."

"You're sounding as crazy as me when I drink Faygo tell me what's on your mind."

I wanted to tell him about my feelings, but what if he didn't feel the same for me oh damn it!

"Gam It's just family problems rember?"

My parents usually fought over bills or dad coming home drunk,mom usually telling him that he has a family and a 17 year old daughter I mean i just turned 17 like a month ago and yet they baby me.Concern was dancing in Gamzees eyes and he knew I wasn't being honest with him.What should I do tell him or just lie again?

"Gam...I-I Lo-"

I was cut short by Vriska thank god,She walked over to us having her hands cuffed as her expression was amussed.I sat up against the tree looking at her a bit puzzled.

"Ummm hey Vrisk,What's up?"

She uncuffed her hands showing me a Turanchula,seeing it my body shivered i've hated spiders and Vriska knew it.I'm sure this was a little i'm watching you and i got your back thing.

"Ain't it cute?I found it in the lab we were gonna disect it and i felt bad for the thing."

Gamzee rolled his eyes in annoyance hes always hated Vriska.I think I could hear him mutter a few curses under his breath.

"Well Vrisk you already know how much spiders freak me out so we should probably get it to a safe place or your house."

Gamzee came into the conversation now

"Oh please all shes gonna do is keep it as a pet."

Vriska snarrled at him rolling her eyes at him then facing me again

"No!I was gonna set it free clown freak!"

My nerves where now setting in and I could feel a headache aswell arising in my brain

"Will you two shut up!!!DAMN!"

Vriska looked down then back up at Gamzee turning away and leaving me and him i'll have to thank Vriska later.Now I just kept thinking if Gamzee forgot what I was saying hopfully.Gamzee gave me a smile making me have a feint blush on my cheek as he got up strenching his body.Dang...he looked so good I wanted to feel how warm he was, I wanted to gaze into his eyes I wanted to feel how soft his lips where.He noticed me staring at him getting on one knee pulling me into him.

"You alright Alexis?"

He hasn't called me that in years and it made me blush even more my heart was pounding.I wanted to kiss him tell him I love him,but this was him teasing me for fun i couldn't tell him.Gamzee got up laughing a bit as he pulled me up with him.The bell rang as I looked at him once more.

"Gotta go i'll text you in PE alright?See you soon Gam"

Before I could even run off he pulled me into a hug caressing my pale cheeks looking down at me.

"I look forward to texting you to M***********"

He let me go soon walking to his next class,My face was lighting up with blush and my heart was beating faster than usuall I had to tell Vriska and Sollux this is too much for me to handle.
