"Have you ever been kidnapped by your own parents?!"I whisper-yelled to Danny,after we were trapped in a glowing green cage."Nope.My first time being kidnapped by my parents."He relied as he floated over to me and sat down."I could use my ice magic..."I said as snow swirled around my hand."Don't try it.Mom made this thing so it's resistant to any power that a ghost might have."Danny said unenthusiastically."Okay no offense or anything but your mom's the smart one and your dad is...Not so smart?"I asked looking down at Danny.We were in the lab as Danny's sister,mom and dad watched from a distance,saying nothing and doing nothing."Basically.If we get out of here in the next...Ten minutes,still wanna go visit Sam and Tucker?"Danny asked looking up at me."Sure..I'd be honored."I said watching Danny sit up."That's great.Hey any chance of Phoenix,Max or Nick coming down here looking for us?"Danny asked looking at the stairs that lead upstairs."Phoenix gonna get to us first.She's overprotective sometimes."I said floating around."Really?She sounds like more of a person who says 'do whatever you want'."Danny said grabbing my wrists."Well she is overprotective...Rarely."I said laughing as Danny started pulling me closer.Our noses touched before our lips did.Ovbiously Danny didn't care that his parents were watching or his sister.We broke away for air a couple minutes later as Phoenix came bounding down the stairs."What the heck are you two doing in here?!"She asked standing in front of the cage."Oh you know just partying.GET US OUT OF HERE!"I snapped as I grabbed the bars,then pulled my hands back due to pain."Then change back."Phoenix said looking at us.My eyes glowed red as I glared at her,frowning intensely."Okay sorry..."Phoenix walked around to find the lock on the door and picked it with her hair pin."That's really cool.Your eyes glow?"Danny asked walking out of the cage."It's a demon thing.Along with being able to eat souls and,"I said flipping my hair over my shoulder."Being fabulous."Then I floated off looking down at the sleeping family."Wait come back!My legs hurt!"Phoenix said picking up her dress so it didn't get dirty.I sighed and picked her up by her wrists and flew through the ceiling with Danny following close behind.
Time Skip,Danny's POV
After Kashi carried Phoenix back to their house,we visited Sam and Tucker,finding them in Sam's basement,watching movies."Hey guys!"We said in unison as we peered over the seats."Ah!Danny!You scared me!"Sam exclaimed.Tucker nodded and looked at Kashi."And Kashi scared me!"He said.We laughed and floated above the seats next to each other and changed back,flopping into the seats next to them."Whatcha watching?"Kashi asked crossing her arms behind her head."Fairy Tail...Wait is that you?!"Tucker asked glancing between Kashi and the screen."Yeah.That's my guild where we go on missions to earn jewels and strengthen our powers."Kashi explained."Oh..."I sighed and looked back on the screen.Then all the lights went out.
