Chapter 9:Friday Fun

-Danny's POV·
After mom and dad met Kashi we headed over to her house(After shopping for the biggest umbrella ever)just to see the entire school around her house."There goes my calm state."Kashi said wrapping her black towel around her waist."I think this is Dash's fault."Sam said pulling her shades down."Obviously."Everyone but me said as Kashi made her way to the door."What the hell are you doing here?"She asked.Guess Kashi's about to curse Dash out.Can't wait to see this."Joining the party.What took you guys so long?"Dash asked smiling down at her.Kashi was fuming that the tips of her hair turned to fire?!"Um,before something bad happens,how about we have some fun?"Nick said wrapping his hands around the ends and squeezing, smoke rising then it disappeared."Or Dash could get his dumbass self off my porch!!!"Kashi screamed as she put her hands on her hips."Ooh...This is getting good."Tucker and Sam said,moving closer to Kashi."You know you love me."Dash said leaning down."The only person who loves you is your mother.If that's even possible."Kashi snapped back,glaring up at him.The whole line yelled 'You just got owned!!' in unison."Wow..."I trailed off as I leaned on Max's shoulder,looking up at Kashi.

-Time Skip-
"Well that's finally over."We sighed as Kashi swung the door open.We all charged towards the backdoor and once it was open,we stopped in our tracks.Kashi built this thing out of ice!!!"Whatcha guys waiting for?Cmon!"She laughed as she jumped in,coming up to float on her back.We started out slowly then were practically pushing each other down to get to the pool."I honestly forgot you could do ice magic.."Nick said sinking down to the point where his eyes and hair were visible.Sam didn't even bother getting in.She was just sitting there with her feet in."Exactly.You rarely use it."Phoenix agreed.Her swimsuit was green but had a skirt...She.Never.Stops.Wearing.DRESSES.Nick,had red trunks and Max had blue ones.Kashi's swimsuit was black(Of course)and one peice."Earth to Danny!"I heard Phoenix say,but paid no mind.Then someone plunged me under,bringing me back."Toka!!Warn me next time?"I asked,slightly coughing."You weren't responding.Lost in thought?" Kashi asked as Tucker dived under,pulling Phoenix down with him."Really lost.....Are there any good sides to being a demon?"I asked turning towards her.

"Downsides and upsides.Upsides include immortality and we can regrow lost limbs.Downsides is one horrible thing.."Kashi sighed as she floated around me on her back."I'm listening."I said looking down at her.I'm really curious.Kashi mumbled her answer for some reason."Hm?"I hummed."She means mating season.All demons have a month where the opposite gender has to avoid them.You should avoid Kashi in February." Max laughed as Toka turned red and glared at Max."The blush actually makes you less threatening."Max said placing a hand under his chin."I can still send you back a-" "We gotta find a way to control that...What's her favourite snack?"I asked turning towards Phoenix, who was splashing Tucker with water nonstop."Chocolate."She replied."Okay,everytime you curse you lose a chocolate bar.You have a total of 10 bars now.Understand?"I asked looking down at Kashi."Yeah yeah...Wait how do I earn chocolate bars?!"Kashi asked sitting up,almost causing her to sink under the water."If you can go a week without cursing,I'll add one to your collection."I said swimming away from Max,who was attempting to whack me with a pool noodle."But I can still curse out Dash right?"Kashi asked grabbing my shoulders and shaking me."Yes yes...Now please let go."I said laughing.Kashi let go and splashed water on me,laughing.

We spent the rest of the day splashing,diving and swimming around until mom called us in for dinner.
