Chapter 5: Hopefully it's me

Emma's POV

The alarm had woken me up very early telling me it was time to go to dance.

"Ughhh" I groaned as I stood up from bed.

I got dressed in a neon bright pink dance wear that had beautiful letters on it saying "dance".

I got my school work done and headed to eat breakfast. I had pancakes. My favorite!

I felt pretty excited for pyramid today but I also felt very nervous because what if Ms Abby thought I didn't dance that good ?

As my mom was driving I could already see the aldc so she stopped and let me out of the car. I then ran to the other girls who were walking outside and said bye to my mom.

She was going to come back later because in the morning she has work. I know all the other moms stay to watch there kids for the whole day but my mom talked to Abby about it.

"Hey guys" I told them
"Hello" they said

Right after that we all got into separate conversations. JoJo was talking to Nia and Kalani, Kendall was talking to Maddie and Brynn, Kenz and I were talking.

B:What's Up
E:Nothing much
K:Same Here. Have you guys seen my new musically ,go like it.

Both Brynn and I took out our phones on sync. We clicked on the musically app and went straight to Mackenzie's account.

E:Nice
B:How are you so good at musically?
E:I know right!
K:It's a gift!

Mackenzie flipped her hair.

We all start laughing. We had then reached the inside of the ALDC and we're entering studio A.
K:So who do u think will be on top of the pyramid?
Brynn and Kenzie pointed at me.
E:You really think so?
B:I actually think you have a higher chance than Kendall at being on top of the pyramid not be rude
K-The way Abby watched you dance...
E-Hopefully I can be on top.

We stopped talking and waited for Abby to start pyramid. It wasn't long until she started talking.

Apparently at the bottom it was Nia then Kenzie then JoJo then Kalani , Brynn and then Maddie. Now it was between me and Kendall.

"Now it's between the 2 soloists that won. Who actually deserved to win the most." Abby says.

Hopefully it's me I thought to myself.
