"Phoenix."

"Yeah."

"Where are all of your clothes?" Amelie asks, tugging one of my Josh stuffies under her small arm.

Don't ask about the Josh stuffy.

"In those bags, outside." I point, as I put the camera in another bag.

"But you promised!" She whines.

"Ame, we talked about this. I am going for a few days only." I lie. Come on, cut me some slack, I cannot tell the entire truth to a small kid, who also happens to be my sister.

"Promise?" She sticks out her pinky finger.

"Promise." I tie mine with hers. Little did she know, I had crossed my fingers behind my back.

----

"I am going to miss you." Kate hugs me.

"We are not breaking up." Levi smiles against my face.

"Never."

"I cannot believe it, Phoenix is all grown up." Breezy smiles, "Knox will also miss you."

"I don't even know if he will ever see me again." I say, wiping a tear.

"Don't say that. You will surely come back and till then Knox and Amelie will not you bully them." Breezy laughs.

"I am hurt."

"We are going to FaceTime everyday, young lady." Dallon says, and kisses my forehead.

"I'll miss you the most." I hug him.

"Me too, kiddo."

I turn to move inside the airport. The next thing I did may sound like the most clichéd thing, I have ever done: I yell out their names and all of them turn around. I quickly take a picture of them and go back inside.

Cliche-d it yet?

I had taken my ticket and was sitting in the lounge, when my phone buzzes.

Dad: you may or may not get a surprise on the plane...

Phe: what did you do dad?

Dad: none that you are thinking.

Phe: then?

Dad: I love you

Phe: WHAT IS HAPPENING?

I shut off my phone and think on what is my father going to pull off this time. He pulls off some awesome surprises, you may never know when.

I stuff my mouth with a sandwich when I get a call from Jennifer. "Hey, Jennifer."

"Hi Phoenix. Okay, tell me should I send someone to pick you up?" She asks.

"No, I am good."

"I am serious. Should I send someone?" She repeats.

"No, you don't need to. I know England." I laugh.

"Okay then. See you soon." She says and hangs up. I swear, she is the most awkward person I've ever talked to; after Levi.
