Jessie's POV

A loud crack of thunder made me jump from my position on the old couch, and I crossed my arms tightly around myself. All of the boys, including Harry, were seated around me on the couch and on the floor; much like they did the first time I sat on this couch. That seemed like such a long time ago, after everything that had happened to me.

The only source of light in the room was the oil lamp that was settled in the middle of us all, but the light was very dim. As if the oil needed to be refilled, and I knew that was probably the case. However, I also knew that these boys wouldn't refill the oil until had completely ran out because they most likely didn't have much on hand. They'd need all they could get.

I glanced up at the ceiling and shivered slightly. "Are there any leaks in the roof?" I asked quietly, breaking the silence.

Liam looked up at me, but didn't say anything. My body chilled slightly because I hated to see that he was disliking me once again. I wished he knew just how easy it was for Harry to manipulate him.

"The actual roof itself is surprisingly fine. It's the walls and the floors that we most have to deal with." Zayn answered in a monotone.

I nodded slightly and bit my lip as I looked down at my lap in order to not look at any of the others. Everything felt wrong now, after all the lies that Harry's dominate and evil side had fed them. The only one he hadn't gotten to, that I knew of anyway, was Louis.

Just thinking of him made me glance up in his direction, but he wasn't looking at me. He seemed to have been more focused on the floor boards than anything around him. However, I think he sensed my stare and met my gaze for just a moment before he looked back down. The plan that he had formed was running through my mind, and I wondered whether or not it would actually work. It wasn't a well thought out thing, but I had to at least try.

Whenever I asked him what all I had to do in order to make it work, he didn't say much. Just that I needed to let Harry do whatever he wanted to me, and that I'd have to make it sometimes happen in obvious places. I guess Louis' whole plan solely depended on us getting caught doing things with Harry being rough on me. I shivered slightly at the thought of it all.

An arm wrapped around my shoulders and my body was coaxed into another. My gaze lifted to see Harry, smirking as perusual at me, and I closed my eyes to resist a sigh. The only thing I was focused on at the moment was giving into him and his little deal so I could help Louis convince the others that Harry needed help.

I felt him lean in to whisper in my ear.

"Are you cold, babe?"

I took a deep breath and bravely met his gaze. "A bit." I admitted, almost silently.

He chuckled and pulled me closer. "Let me keep you warm..although..you know you'd warm up much faster if you took off these clothes and were in my bedroom." He whispered into my ear.

I tensed slightly and forced myself to relax. How could I possibly make this plan actually work if I couldn't stomach hearing those things from him? I bit down on my bottom lip as he laughed quietly at my expression before he pulled my right arm away from my torso and began to play with the chain he had placed around my wrist.

Suddenly, it appeared as if we had became the center of attention and it made me uncomfortable at the looks I was getting. Did they really think so little of me that they would believe I'd lie about being hurt in all those ways? I frowned just at the thought.
