"Y/N" your teacher yells, you jolt up from sleeping and look around to see the whole class staring at you. "Uhm. Yes?" You say. "The answer please miss. Y/L/N" she says sternly. "Um, well, uh, I-" you say but are interrupted by a voice behind you saying, "salmonella." He whispers. (I don't even know) "salmonella!" You say. The teacher nods suspiciously and continues with the lesson. You turn around to see Scott McCall smirking at you. "You just saved my ass. Thanks." You say. You never really talked to him until now, but he was cute, and seemed sweet. He smiles at you "now if there's one thing I learned about Ms.Smiths class, is that she always asks that question to sleeping students". He says and goes back to listening to the lesson. You turn around and blush, he was not just a little cute. He was a lot cute.
And he was talking to you.
The bell rings and you grab your stuff and start to head to your next class, your halfway down the hallway when you hear your name being called. You turn around to be met by none other than Scott.
