Y/N was talking to Sheriff Stilinski. She's telling him that she's leaving Beacon Hills and she doesn't want to tell Scott. Scott was behind the door at the time getting ready to surprise her, but Scott ends up hearing the whole conversation and says:
"Y/N, you're leaving?".
Y/N doesn't answer him, she gets up and starts walking to the door. When she's near the door Scott tells her:
"But, Y/N, you can't leave me, I-I- I love you, Y/N! You hear me? I love you..."
Y/N keeps on walking without turning around.
2 almost 3 years later...
Y/N reaches the school parking lot and steps out of the car but what she didn't realise was that Scott was leaning against his motorcycle in the spot right next Y/N.
"Y/N" Scott says in a whisper not believing that your back.
"You're back"
"Yes, Scott I came back for you, the night I left was the biggest mistake I've ever made and I regret it so much. I never stopped loving you. These few years I've been without you has been a complete nightmare. I missed this late night phone calls and afternoon rides on your motorcycle, Scott-"
You were cut off mid sentence when you felt Scott crash his lips onto yours. He didn't care that you were gone for 3 years, because he had you now and he wasn't planning on loosing you anytime so soon.
