As I got ready I thought about tonight, meeting up with Robert how things would go. Would they end well? Or would I just be heartbroken? Because it seems like no matter what I always get knocked down in some way. I finished straightening the last of my hair, then went to my room an put my boots on. I looked at the time and it was 6:46 I also had a message from Alex.

I opened it and read "Kassidy, we need to talk. Please call me ASAP"

I grabbed my keys and decided I would call him on the way to the park. I headed downstairs and out to my car. I called Alex before I left the driveway, I cranked the car and my Nickelback cd blared through my speakers, I turned it down and waited for Alex's voice to come over the phone. I backed out and headed to the park.

"Hey Kass"

"Hey Alex what'd you need to talk about?"

"It's about everything at the wedding"

"Oh"

"What exactly happened up there?"

"Idk Alex I guess I just got to thinking and I guess my heart was telling me not to marry him."

"What happened to you loving each other?"

"He still loves me but the thing is I don't anymore I don't think."

"Look Kass, I understand your reasoning I just think you should try to work something out with Austin, he is heartbroken"

"Alex, I wanna work something out I just don't know if I can face him right now."

"Kass you know I've always supported your decisions but this time I'm telling you I think you should at least try to talk to him and I mean face to face"

"But Alex"

"Kass, please for me"

"Fine, Alex look I gotta go I'm meeting robert here at the park so I'll call you later ok?"

"Alright bye Kass"

I hung up the phone as I pulled up at the park. I put my car in park and just sat there. The radio blaring warrior by Demi Lovato through my speakers. I sat there until the song went off, I turned my car off and grabbed my keys and got out of the car. I looked around the park and spotted Robert. I slowly walked over then I approached him. I took a deep breath then said "Hey Robert"

He turned around and looked at me and smiled
