I hated school. I hated the people. I hated homework. I hated everything.

I never know whether i should kill myself or the people in here.

"Mila, snap out of it!" Shay snapped. (She's my best friend's, friend) "Every time i tell you about Jared, you, you, UGGHHHH!"

Definitely the people.

Jared is Shay's boyfriend, I think. I never pay attention to her when she talks about him. I'm not rude, I don't like wasting my time listening to a boy-obsessed girl talk about, of course, boys. I dont have anything against them, most of my friends are boys, Shay just needs to learn to fluffing shut up for once.

"MILA, WHAT THE HELL? STOP!!"

Oops.

"Sorry." I replied.

She was seriously pissed off, it amused me.

"Do not freaking laugh at me, Camila. DO NOT!"

I smirked.

"Stop."

"No."

"Fuck off. God no wonder h-" She mumbled but cut herself off in reaction to what she was about to say.

"Were you seriously going to say what i thought you were going to say? Geez you know what? Fuck you." I responded, my eyes tearing a little.

I really did not have time to deal with this again. It was the first time she had done it since the incident.

My eyes were welling up and i can't let anyone see me cry one more time, so I got up, left the lunch table, walked out the cafeteria and headed for the library.

Which just had to be on the other side of the building.

Why the library, you ask? Books and music are the only things that help me escape the treacherous and tragic life i lead.

Yeah i don't even know what i just said.

I thought back onto what happened in the cafeteria. What a bitch. Why Taya hangs out with her is a mystery to me.

I fastened my pace and dried my eyes off as i walked. Crying wasn't going to fix anything. I saw the beautiful sign upon the doorway to the library and smiled.

What? It's my sanctuary.

I greeted the librarian, Ms. Marx, who was reading some book by Jane Green, and headed to the back window.

The back window wasn't anything special, you couldn't even see out of it, it was that dirty.
What I liked was the fact that you can see most of the library from there, and no one can see you, also the old, worn out, but really good books were there.
I pulled out, a rather torn and damaged book from the shelf beside me, and started reading.
There were parts I couldn't read, due to the fact that something was spilt over it, therefore I proceeded to put it back, and thats when I saw her.

Ivy Morgan.

We used to be quite close, she kind of can't stand looking at me now.

I hadn't seen her since the funeral, his funeral. Unlike Ivy, her brother Nic was a social butterfly. The school's golden boy. He was the quarterback of the football team, president of the student council and last years junior class valedictorian. A really sweet guy, take it from me. It took us all by surprise when we'd heard about what happened. Mainly me.

It's not everyday you find out your boyfriend's dead, you know.

That kind of thing kind of finds its way to kill you inside.

Anyway this chapter sucked but hope you like it so far..
