It was about 10 pm and I could hear the front door open and shut slowly. I jump up and run into the living room.
It was Nate. He looked angry for some reason.
"What's wrong, Nate? Why are you home so late-"
"What happened between you and Ethan?!" Nate snapped. Did he know what happened? Did Ethan tell him?
"Uh.." I couldn't think of an excuse.
Someone knocked on the door.
Nate opens the door and Grayson was standing there with an annoyed look on his face.
"Come in, buddy!" Nate says. Wow, how tf did his mood change that quick lmao.
"What are you doing here?" Nate says cracking open a soda.
"E said he wanted to be alone cause his girlfriend was over and all I wanted to do was watch some tv but he said to just go over here so they can be alone if ya know what I mean." He laughed a bit.
My heart sank and shattered. Who was I thinking. I would of never had a chance with Ethan. He has a girlfriend!! Why wouldn't he tell me this!!
Nate walked out of the living room leaving only me and Gray in silence. I turn over to him.
"Gray, do you know anything about what happened today? Like did Ethan tell you anything?" I ask, praying he didn't know.
He chuckled devilishly.
"Oh, I know what happened," I wanted to pass out, oh god.
"You made out with E. You just threw yourself at him! He told me and Nate a while ago and Nate was PISSED!" He said emphasizing 'pissed'.
Are you kidding me right now?! Ethan just lied about this?! What kind of guy does this?!--
•flashback to phone call•
"Ariella he's not a nice guy. He's had a lot of girlfriends in his life and I don't wanna see him break your heart. He wants one thing and one thing only."
•end•
"Grayson! None of this is true! Ethan lied to you! He never told me he had a girlfriend! And I didn't force myself on him! He kissed me first-"
"You expect me to believe you instead of my brother?!" Gray says cutting me off.
"Yes! I actually do!" I yell causing Nate to run in the room.
"What the hell is going on in here?! Why are you screaming?!" Nate says raising his voice, louder than I've ever heard.
Grayson grabs his things and made his way to the door.
"Nothing, Nate," Grayson smiles and laughs.
"Some people are just lying ho*s" he says mumbling loud enough for me to hear.
He closes the door.
"What did he say?" Nate says
"Oh, nothing" I say walking to my room with tears rushing down my cheeks.
There is school tomorrow so let's pray Ethan didn't tell anyone else cause my life would officially be ruined.
3a.m.
I can't sleep. All I can't think about is what's going to happen in a few hours. I can't stop crying. Why does this have to happen to me?! Nate was right for protecting me. Ethan is a real jerk.
