YOOOOOO ITS ME...AGAIN. I AM POSTING a lot BC ITS GETTING INTENSE AND I HAve SO MANY IDEAS STUFFED INTO MY BIG HEAD. YEAH SO IM JUST GONNA GET ON WITH IT!

Opals pov...
The whole car ride home is silent with no words at all between me and my mom. When we get home I rush to the door or at least try seeing as I'm on crutches. My mom opens the door and helps me up the stairs to my room.
I flop face first into my bed and... Immediately regret it because that causes my leg to hurt even more and one of my crutches lands on the back on my head.
"Ugh just my life right?"
I lay on my bed with my phone wondering wether or not to text Jake.
I decide not to since I've already caused him enough pain physically and mentally. At the moment I hate myself and I don't know how Jake doesn't.
I want to know what the dare was because I know it's about me and I hope it's not about mine and Jake's relationship or at least what's left of it.
"So much stress uuuggghhh."

My mom walks into my room with an ice pack.
"I thought maybe you would want this if you are feeling any pains."
"Thanks but I'm good."
"Okay how are you do you want a poptart they are chocolate your favorite."
"Mom I'm seventeen not five I'll be fine ok?"
"Okay I love you."
I hear a ding come from my phone and think it's Opal only looking over to see a message from Walter.
From Walter:
Yo how do you feel?😷
I don't wanna respond so... I don't.

I wake up from a nap and look at the clock on the night stand beside my bed. The time is 9:58 exactly.
I hear a creek come from my window and get terrified so I hide my head under my covers.
"Opal honey it's me."
"Jake is that you?"
"No honey it's your father. Who is Jake?"
"DAD!"
"Yeah no need to yell you will wake your mother."
"GET OUT NOW NOW NOW!"
"I am your father I am going nowhere."
"DAD GO AWAY I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU!"
"Your my daughter so wether you like it or not I'll be here with you."
"NO DAD YOU WONT! JUST LEAVE I THOUGHT I WOULDN'T HAVE TO PUSH YOU OUT OF MY LIFE AGAIN!"
"Wanna know why your trying to fight me? I'll tell you. It's because you have half my dna and you know what that means?"
"NO I DON'T AND I DONT INTEND ON FIGURING IT OUT SO LEAVE JUST LEAVE!"a second after I say that my mom walks in with a baseball bat that was mine when I was in 7th grade. I played softball.
"Oh look Opal it's your old bat."
"HENRY WHAT HOW DID YOU FIND ME GET OUT OF MY HOUSE!"
"Hey your house we are a married couple and we share this house now."
"HAVE YOU NEEN DRINKING OR ARE YOU JUST DUMB BECAUSE LAST I CHECKED WE ARE DIVORCED!"
"Well not for long because I'm back baby and this time I'm here to stay."
"HENRY NO YOU ARE NOT STAYING YOU CANT I GOT A RESTRAINING ORDER AND YOU NEED TO LEAVE NOW!"
"Or what?"
"ILL CALL THE POLICE AND THEY'LL PUT YOU RIGHT BACK WHERE YOU BELONG!"
"Woah babe no need I'm a changed man I can help this family."
"YOU HAVE NOT CHANGED AND YOU HAVE ALREADY CAUSED ENOUGH TROUBLE IN THIS FAMILY!"
"How dare you say that about me Barbra you loved me and I cared and supported you and Opal we were like glue but you ripped us all apart."
"NO YOU DID YOU HURT THIS FAMILY AND THATS WHY YOUR IN JAIL!"
"DOES IT LOOK LIKE IM IN JAIL BARB DOES IT HUH YOU TELL ME!"
I stare at my parents and realize how many things have gone wrong in my life.
------------------------------------------------------------- SO I NEED TO SAY THAT THIS IS ALL MADE UP OK IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MINE OR ANYONE ELSE THAT I KNOWS LIFE I JUST WANTED TO POINT THAT OUT BECAUSE OPAL IS NOT ANOTHER VERSION OF ME SHE IS AN ALL MADE UP CHARACTER FOR YOUR ENTERTAINMENT.
