Chapter 23

.•° Ellies P.O.V °•.

I feel a lump in my throat. "W-what?" I stutter. "She got hit by a c-car" Mrs Stewart repeats. I drop my phone. "Ellie, whats up?" Niall asks softly. "B-Bridget" I stutter. "What about her?" He asks trying to calm me down. "S-she got hit by a c-car" I state. "Hospital, now!" Niall orders.

.•° Bridgets P.O.V °•.

All I see is complete darkness, it soon turns into light. When I'm in the light it feels so much better! When I'm in the dark I feel pain.

The darkness turns into light, I see my old best friend, Emily. She died 2 years ago because of cancer.

I see her in her favourite dress, she looks like she's having fun. I want to join her. I reach my hand out. "Emily?" I say softly. "Bridget!" She exclaims still dancing. "I want to join you". "Bridget, you can't, it's too early" Emily explains. "What do you mean, it's too early?" I ask confused. "You'll see" she says. The light slowly turns into darkness, I feel pain all over my body.

It soon turns back into light. I see my older brother. He died 7 months back, I dont know why, my parents won't tell me. He looks 11 in this. I see that his playing with a little girl, she has golden hair and she's wearing a white dress. The little girl looks like she's 5. 

The girl and my brother are running around an area full of grass. The girl falls over and starts laughing. My brother walks over to the girl and helps her up. They both walk over to two people, they look like they're madly in love with eachother. The light turns back into darkness.

My head is pumping with pain. My whole body hurts. It's like i've just fallen into a volcano and my body is slowly burning or i've been hit 100 times with a metal stick.

I see the light all over again. This time I see Emily again. She's sitting down on a white chair. "Emily" I say. "Oh hi Bridget!" She exclaims. "What am I doing here?" I ask. "I'm afraid I can't tell you" she states. "Why not?" I ask. "You'll find out soon" She says and disappears.

I'm back in the painful darkness. I try my hardest to open my eyes, they won't budge. I try move, I'm motionless.

.•° Ellies P.O.V °•.

Bridget has been out for a week! It's almost Christmas. The doctors say that she keeps dying and coming back alive! She hasn't moved one bit, according to Mr. and Mrs. Stewart.

This past week was really gloomy. I can't get Bridget out of my mind.

              *2 Days Later*

.•° Bridgets P.O.V °•.

I'm still in the painful darkness, I haven't seen the light in a while. The dark suddenly turns into light. I'm seeing a birds eye view of what Ellies doing. She's in school, in the cafeteria. She looks sad, so does Niall. Harry, Zayn, Liam and Louis are sitting at the table with them. "Bridgets gonna be fine, she's not gonna die" Liam says trying to comfort the two. "She did die, like six or seven times but she came back to life" Niall states. What do they mean? I didn't die!

The school bell rings and they make their ways to their next classes. I watch everything that Ellies doing.

Soon school ends, Ellie and Niall make their way to a hospital. they open room 17. I see a girl, she's lying on a hospital bed. She's motionless. I see two people, they look like my parents. Their eyes are bloodshot red. I realise that the girl on the bed is me!

I go back into darkness. I feel my eyes peal open, everything is blurry. I hear people scream my name and say that my eyes are open. My body hurts so much! My eyes slowly close again, this time I fell asleep.
