Chapter 29

.•° Ellies P.O.V °•.

I've been stuck in this elevator for the past 10 minutes. Brittany is starting to get on my nerves! She's so freaking annoying! All she does is talk talk talk!

My phone suddenly rings. It's Louis. I answer. "Hey, where are you and Nialls?" Louis asks through the phone. "We're stuck in the elevator, wait no never mind, it's moving again" I say. "Oh okay, see yous in a min".  Louis hangs up.

Thank God the elevator is moving again! I was getting sick of Brittanys annoying, high pitched voice.

Soon Brittany leaves elevator.

"She was so annoying!" Nialls says. "I know!" I agree.  The elevator comes to halt and the door opens. We make our way to rooms 301 and 302. I open room 301 and Niall opens 302.

I see Anna and Jess on their phones. "Hi" I say. They both look up. "What took you so long?" Jessica asks. "Got stuck in an elevator with Niall and some girl name Brittany" I explain. "Oh" Anna says. "Let's unpack!" I suggest. They nod their heads.

The room is made up of three parts. 1 part is my room, 1 part is Annas room and 1 part is Jess' room. There's 1 bathroom.

There's a knock on the door. "Come in!" Anna shouts. The door slowly opens, it's Louis, Liam and Niall.

We-" My phone blares out on full volume. I quickly run around looking for my phone. I finally find my phone and I answer it. "Nice ringtone Ellie!" Louis says. I roll my eyes. I didn't check the caller ID so I don't know who it is. "Hello?" I say. "Oh, Hey!" The person says. I realise it's Fia. "You having fun in California?". "We haven't actually done anything yet" I state. Fia laughs. "When will you be back?" She asks. "Next week, what time is it there?" I ask. "seven in the evening" Fia states. "Oh okay, I'll talk to you tomorrow" I say. "Okay, bye!" Fia says and hangs up.

I lock my phone and I throw it on my bed. "Who was that?" Liam asks. "Fia" I state. "Are you finished unpacking?" Jess asks the boys. "We haven't started yet" Niall states. "Do you wanna go to the beach?" Anna asks. "Sure" everyone says except for me. "I may just go" I say. "Yay!" Everyone says.

          •••At The Beach•••

We asked Jacob if he wants to come, he accepted.

It's so warm out here! Everyone else is in the water except for me, I don't like it because I remember when I was 7 I was at the beach, I was in the water. Then a huge wave of water was coming my way. The water got into my mouth and eyes, I never touched salt water ever since that day.

"Ellie, come join!" Liam shouts. I shake my head. Niall gets out of the water and walks over to me.  He picks me up and throws me over his shoulder. He heads over to the water. "Let go of me!" I command. Niall ignores me and he continues walking. I start hitting his back, he ignores it. He drops me into the water. I quickly run out of the water. Jacob and Niall follow me.

I dry my legs with my towel and I sit on the sand with my phone. Niall sits on one side and Jacob on the other. "Why don't you like water?" Niall asks. "I do like water, but not sea water or salt water".  "Why don't you like sea water?" Niall asks. "Long story" I state. "I have time" Niall says. I start explaining why I don't like sea water. "Oh" Niall says as I finish.

I see an old man approaching us. "You have a beautiful son!" The old man says to Niall and I. Jacob starts blushing. "His not our son, his my brother" I state. "Oh sorry, you guys are married, right?" He asks. "No, i'm only eighteen" I state. "Are you dating?" He asks. Niall shakes his head. "Oh, it looks like you're married or dating 'cause I see it in your eyes when you look at eachother, anyways sorry for interrupting whatever you were doing". "It's fine, really" I state. The man smiles and walks off.

"He said I was beautiful!" Jacob says dramatically. Niall and I laugh. I wonder what that man means by when Niall and I look at eachother he sees something. I shrug it off.

I pick up my phone. I see that i've gotten a message. It's from Nicole.

Nicole~ Hey!, having fun?

Me~ No, not really

Nicole~ What did you do today?

Me~ I'll call you 'cause it's too long to send it as a text.

Nicole~ Okay

I quickly call Nicole. She answers immediately. "Tell" is all Nicole says. I take in a deep breath. "Well, we got here and I got stuck in an elevator with Niall and some girl with the name Brittany. Liam, Jess, Anna, Louis, Niall, Jacob and I decided to go the beach a little while later. Niall carried me into the water, I ran out. An old man came over to us and said our son is beautiful" I explain. "Oh". "I'll call you later, bye" I say. "Okay, bye!" Nicole says and hangs up. I put my phone down.

.•° Amys P.O.V °•.

Today has been super boring without Ellie! I haven't cut yet! I decide that i'm gonna Skype Ellie.

Ellie picks up immediately. it looks like she's on the beach. "Hi Ellie" I say. "Hey Amy, did you cut?" She asks. "Nope!" I say popping the 'p' and rolling up my sleeves. "Good, I miss you so much!" Ellie says. "I miss you too!". "Did Taylor do anything today?" She asks. "No" I lie. Today Taylor locked me in a locker. I was squished in there for 30 minutes, the principal found me in there, Taylor has detention for a whole month now, I don't think she cares.

"Amy, come down to eat now!" My mom shouts from downstairs. "Okay!" I shout. "I've gotta go now, bye" I say. "Okay, bye Amy!" Ellie says before I end the call.

I put my phone down and I head downstairs.

We're all going back to the hotel now. Today was so fun.

I step into room 301. I put on high waisted shorts and a see through button up shirt, there's a white vest under it.

I suddenly feel thirsty so I head out of the hotel and to the nearest shop I could see. I walk in. i'm in the bottled water section. Someone pokes my back. I turn around.
