Oh no! The test I barely studied for since I was so busy thinking about Alex!!

But its OK. I'm not so scared about the studies at this new school anymore, after seeing the average brain capacity of a middle-schooler in any NYC-IE (New York City Institution of Education)... I could top easily, right?!

The test arrived and it was pretty easy. At the end of the class, when our teacher returned our papers I found out that I had, indeed, topped. No biggie, huh! But I still didn't get full marks which drove my teacher MAD because she thinks I have star-potential. Sister, sorry to break your heart, but I think the star potential gets swept straight out of anyone who steps foot into this school...

Elsa gave me her extra (and my only) phone in lunch today. I would have expected it to be old, dirty and broken down, with a second-hand feel to it. But boy, was I wrong!! This is Elsa we're talking about after all... When she gave it to me, at first I thought it was her first and best phone, and a great one at that - I mean, it was ten times better than my mom's old Samsung or my dad's Nokia.

YAAY!! I have a phone! And not to boast or anything, but its wayy better than my mom's or dad's... And Elsa already has EVERYONE'S numbers saved on it - being the queen bee of the school, people would probably DIE to have her take their number. But I was pleasantly surprised - Elsa and Melanie were beyond nice and the sweetest friends ever!! Not one bit like what I would imagine a typical cool-girl to be like - maybe I was wrong about everything... Maybe the mean girls at my old school had also been this nice - perhaps I just hadn't taken the times to get to know them!!

AND OMGOMGOMGOMG!!

Alex sat next to me in the cafeteria today and I swear he was flirting with me like crazy, so much that he only stopped when his friend pointed this out, thus embarrassing him enough for him to move away and depart our shared isle of love.

YIPPPEEEE!!

I mean, my life going upwards- rarely happens, mark my words. TIME TO CELEBRATE!!!
