This is a poem I wrote a year ago and I'm adding more each year

All this emotion
With a life in motion
This is day we will never forget
It was a tragedy that shook the world
It was the first domino to fall
So much time has passed
Yet so little
But I want to say
Instead of seeing it as a day of tragedy
Think of it as a turning point
It's the day we realized what we were doing wrong
Don't look down
Don't look back
Look forward
Look to the future
There are better things to come
Never forget that day
But we live in a life in motion
We have to move
We have to be better
Don't let another domino fall
Instead pick one up create another line
Create dozens
Full of good
Change the world
That day was tragedy but it was turning point
Telling us that we need to fix this all
We need to get together and help everyone
Don't you wish for a day where life is better?
We better start now before it's too late
That day shook the world
We are all still shaken up
But it's about time we stand still and walk
Walk to something better
This a day we will never forget
But it is our turning point
It's time we stand up
And help
Help the world stand up and move With time passing us by
There's is so much we can still do
But we need to stand
Rise from the rubble
And build something better
We are not to be dominoes
Don't let anymore fall
In the effect of the cause
Stand and rebuild
Remember this day
Live it to the fullest
It might just be your last
So shutup and say something
Call out to the world
That your not giving up just yet
Because an attack on one of us
Is an attack on all of us
So rise from where you
Remember what went wrong
Pick up the pieces
And build something better
Let the world know
That we are strong
