Chapter 12 - New Journey

Jack's POV
"Morning princess.." I said to her

"Morning Jack.." She replied and the yawned

"How's your night?" I asked

"Okay, I guess.. thank you again for yesterday, sleeping near you makes me feel very safe, and no nightmare comes" She replied

I laughed, she is funny even when she doesn't make any joke..

"Anyway, what's for breakfast?" She asked

"Uhm.. you do realized that we are in the middle of the woods, right? Or did you hit your head so bad yesterday?" I said, trying not to laugh at her

"Oh yeah.. sorry" she smiled

"No worries, anyway for breakfast... " I thinked very hard about it

"Aha! How about some berries? I know there are alot of berries here that are delicious and safe to eat!" I said

"Sure, I think I can have berries for breakfast..." she replied

So we went on search for berries, until I found it..

"Got it!" I shouted

"Now let's eat! I'm so hungry right now.." she said

While we were picking for some berries and eat some, a sudden noise of horse come..

"Oh no.. I think that's your father's guard, we have to get out from this wood" I said

She nodded

We sneakly-run passed those guard, and we escaped

"Phew.. that was close" she said

"Yeah, but they won't give up until they found you, we really need to run from these woods" I said

"I agree with your choice, captain... I believe in you..." I said

Once we got out, we were amazed by the beauty of nature..

There are lakes, blomming flower, animals, and even a rainbow..

"This place is a paradise" I said

"Ye.. yeah.." she replied

Then I spotted an old house near the lake

"Hey! There's a house there, maybe this is good place to rest? You know, it's pretty unseen down here, I'm sure that your father's guard couldn't find this place" I Said while asking

"Yeah! I would love to stay here forever!" She replied

That house is old, but beautiful. It just need time to cleaned, but it's worth it..

"Jack, as a pirate, have you ever catched a fish with bare hands?" She asked

"Of course! That's a pirate tradition" I replied

"Good, because in that lake, there are some fishes, and I'm hungry, can you pick one or maybe two for me to grilled?" She asked politely

"Sure! I would love to, but you have to give me the evenly amount of fish" I laughed

"Of course! Who do you think am I? A princess that only think about herself?" She replied

"Just kidding, I know you are going to do the good thing for me.." I said

It was a clear lake, so I can easily catch the fish. One... and two... and three fishes were caught. Signe the grilled the fish, and we ate it all...

We then rest our arms and our legs, and layed down on the grass. It's so nice to be here

"Here we go again, time pass through so fast, I guess we have to sleep now.." I yawned

"Sadly, yeah, you can go sleep inside Jack, I'll sleep outside." She said

"Nope! I'm going with you" I laughed the hugged her

It feels so nice hugging her, I want to be her one and only, but she's a princess and I'm a pirate.. will this work out one day?

"Jack?" She asked

"Yes?" I replied

"I just want you to know that somehow I feel that we were meant to be.."
