Chapter 36 - End

This is it guys.. I hope you are ready, thanks for supporting me all this time ^^

Mark's POV
"This is great! I'm going to be a king now, my plan works perfectly. Nobody notice a thing!" I said to myself

"Now to get rid of that person.. but first, Imma wake up my beautiful bride." My evil smile showed up

"Ooh Signe~ I'm coming in honey!" I shouted as I'm holding the handle

But then, I realized something. The key is gone..

"Who the heck took the key away?! Hey you!" I yelled at one of the servant (Julia)

"Y-yes sir?" She answered, stuttering.

"You are the one who's here all the time, you must know where the key is. Now tell me where's the key!" I shouted angrily, grabbing her by the collar. (I'm sorry Julia2587, forgive me 😂)

"Stop!" I heard a lady said. It was, no need to guess, Signe.

"She has nothing to do with me escaping from my room, let her go!" She yelled at me.

"Ooh well, perfect timing." I said as I let Julia go. She's coughing but no other damage than that

"Now that you are here, why don't you join me. We will watch HIM get killed." I laughed as I grabbed Signe's hand

She denied me with that 'death glare' and yelled, "at least let me comfort her first you bastard!"

"If that's what you want, then let it be.. I'll be waiting in the field. Remember, people are watching.." I said as I left the room

Signe's POV
"You alright?" I asked Julia, she looked a little bit shock but luckily no damage at all.

"Yes, I'm alright.. why are you still here? You need to get out of here!" She said

"Listen, I don't have time to explain now. There's no where to escape this castle, that's why I need your help." I said

"I'm ready for all princess." Julia said

"Please, go to the dungeon with all of the other servants and maybe guards as mang as you can. Convinced them that Mark is a bad guy. The king and queen aren't missing, they are in there!" I explained

She looked terrified, but nodded to my plan. "Will go now Princess!" She said and started to collect some guard and servants

Now time to face this man that came from hell...

Mark's POV
I see it coming.. my throne, my own castle, my power, my reign.

People are here, some whispering, some cheering, some chit-chatting not knowing what will happen.

"My people! The time has come to make some justice. Today we'll punish someone from breaking one!" I shouted

"Let both of them in!!" I yelled at the guards

One was taking Signe to the chair next to me, and one was taking Jack to his punishment place.

"The punishment for kidnapping the princess is DEATH. I have my snipper here, he'll do the job." I said

People started to yell "it's wrong!" "No! He deserve a lighter punishment" but they can't do anything bcz I'm the king.

Signe's POV
I saw Jack, he was kneeling down and his hands were tied with a rope. I'm extremly scared, but all I can do now is to pray to God he'll be alright.

The snipper is ready in his position. He only need Mark's agreement now.

Mark looked at him and gave a thumbs up, signalling he's ready.

"Count down from 10!!" Mark shouted

*10..9...8..* my heart is beating so fast

*7...6...5..* I feel like I'm going to pass out

*4...3...2..* "Any last word Signe?" Mark asked.

*1...* "I-I love you Jack!" I shouted as loud as I could, not knowing what would happen

*0!!* the sound of the bullet came, people were hugging each other. But then..

*PUFF* a black smoke appeared infront of Jack, blowing everybody's mind. It feels like a magic show suddenly

"Is this some kind of joke?" Mark asked to the guard

The smoke grew bigger, we can't see anything. But as it was fading away.. somebody yelled,

"He's gone! The man is gone!!"

We all stared at each other, completely confused. Except for me, I was smilling. The plan worked...

Then I saw him, walking towards the center of the field with my dad, my mom, Felix, Marzia and ALOT of rebelious guards and servants.

"Everyone! Don't listen to him! He tricked me to sign a contract. I'm the true king here, I'm not missing!" My father yelled, showing a piece of paper in his hand.

"You were caught red handed Mark! No way to escape right now." Jack shouted from the distance with his armed crossed.

The guards pulled out their guns, and pointed it at Mark.

Mark looked at his surroundings, he knew he couldn't do anything. He raised his hand, he lost.

"You caught me, good job Jack.." Mark said as the guard took him away to the deepest dungeon.

"Thank goodness.." I said to myself, ignoring the tears that formed in my eyes.

Now, people are cheering happily for us. Finally we have achieved the peace that's been gone for so long.

I made my way to Jack, and hugged him. He hugged me back and we stared at each other. His eyes were glowing, I love the way it glows...

"Uuh.. You know Signe, remember when I said anything about the 'crystal heart? I guess I've found it here.." he said, then held my hands tightly

I couldn't help but to blush, it's pretty embarassing. Moreover it's infront of my parents..

But Jack didn't care. He then leaned closer to me, moving away my hair from my face. He's getting closer and closer and closer...

"Hey hey hey there! Can we talk about the wedding first?" My dad suddenly stopped us from, y'know.. (Lol they're about to kiss)

"Daaaad... c'mon..." I face-palmed myself, he's leaving my face that looks like a tomato

Everybody started to laugh, there's no word to describe this atmosphere except for happiness.

Oh well, see you next journey then.. Bye!

Anyway, I have a few questions:

1. Do you guys think I shoul make the bad ending version or not?

2. There is actually a bonus chapter that I was planning for a long time, wanna me to publish it too or nah? (Spoiler: they will get married)

3. Should I make a sequel? But it's on different book since this one has finished..
