The wedding was planned carefully but quickly. Luna was growing restless. She wanted the big day to finally arrive but the months seemed to pass so slowly.
Michael, on the other hand, was still going out and getting drunk. He felt some guilt but he couldn't stop himself. It was like an addiction.
Luna knew of his 'outings' but she didn't know he went to a club or a bar every single night. He usually said that he was working late to pay for their honeymoon. She believed him. Other times he would be honest about where he had been and for the most part Luna was forgiving.

It was a Tuesday night and Michael was still out. He texted Luna, saying that his boss asked him to work overtime.
Luna had been feeling good all week but yesterday morning was different. Her day started off with a little bit of morning sickness and she quickly realised that she could possibly be pregnant. It was confirmed just this morning, when she visited the doctors, that she was indeed pregnant. That explained her missed period and tender breasts.
Luna was overjoyed with the news and now she was simply waiting for Michael to get home to tell him the news. Little did she know that he wouldn't make it home tonight.
