Luna Sapphire was just a regular girl. She had long, black hair that she dyed a deep blue. Well, she fell asleep Googling photos of blue hair and.. sorta woke up like that. She also had gorgeous blue eyes the color of sapphires. Kids at school had always made jokes they thought were original about her eye color compared to her last name. Luna gave up on stopping people from doing so, but the color blue always had something special with her... She didn't know exactly what, but she would figure it out one day, right? Luna was just about to turn 11 on September first. She was dreading school, everyone thought she was a weirdo just because, according to the whole grade, she made the glass on the class pet's cage vanish. He had been looking especially miserable that day.. She shook it off. She was getting ready for school, wasn't she? Her dad and stepmom were both at work. Luna flopped down on her bed and sighed, when she heard a knock on the door.
