Isabel's sleep was restless and full of memories from her childhood but nothing about the accident when she was ten. She dreams only about Ruby, of their tea parties and pillow forts. Among the sweet and happy memories there's a small hidden memory of when Isabel was nine.

She was playing with Ruby and her parents had told her to go downstairs and eat. She had pulled up a chair for Ruby and her parents had told her to stop and behave, they argued briefly about Ruby. Isabel insisted Ruby was real but her parents grew concerned, the Ruby fantasy had lasted long enough, Izzy had to grow up. Her parents had a fight that night and the next day Isabel went to the doctor. It grows hazzy after that.

Isabel wakes up disoriented and half asleep but she quickly remembers the cafe and Fury and Tony. She bolts up straight and looks around her. The room is bare, a drawer next to her and a chair in front of the bed is all that decorates it, apart from that she's alone.

She stands a bit shakily and reaches for the door, she creaks it open and listens carefully when she's satisfied she opens it and runs to the end of the corridor. She squats down her back against the wall and she peaks around the corner.

The way is clear, remaining in a squat she inches forward slowly but surely. Her eyes search for any threat as she keeps moving. She reaches a kitchen with a living room before it.

She eyes the kitchen on her left and the living room on her right. She steps closer to the kitchen when something cold and hard is pressed against her back.

"Don't move" a female voice says, Isabel's breathing quickens

"Where am I?" Isabel asks, her voice doesn't tremble.

"If you move I'll shoot" the voice says

"You haven't loaded your gun" Isabel spins and manages to take the gun from the woman and points it at her. She lowers the hammer and keeps her finger near the trigger, the red headed woman lifts her hands in surrender, the blond man Steve appears behind Isabel and pins her arms, crossed behind her back in a second, the gun drops to the floor. Isabel squirms in the mans arms but it's useless still she won't give up. The man is taller than her so she can't head butt him so she looks for an alternative. She twirls uncrossing her arms and crosing his, she pulls him down and head butts him.

It nearly knocks Isabel unconscious, his head is harder than she expected, she falls to her knees light headed. The woman, Natasha cuffs her arms behind her back and Steve carries her to the sofa

"What do you want?" Isabel whispers, fearing defeat. The two people look at each other and say nothing

"Kill me then" Isabel sneers "don't prolong the inevitable"

"Kill you?" the man asks

"Isabel!" a voice calls "Isabel!" Tony appears around the corner his hair a mess and his eyes wide. When he sees Izzy he sighs in relief

"Are you alright?" Tony asks sitting beside her and taking off the cuffs. Isabel slaps the man, Natasha pulls a gun out and aims it at her chest

"Natasha put the gun down" Tony says putting a hand to his cheek "I undertsand you're confused" Isabel slaps him again

"And angry" Tony turns to look at her once more, Natasha hasn't put down the gun

"Angry, Tony?" Isabel fumes "I'm furious! I'm outraged! Where the fuck am I?" Tony has never heard the woman curse, she must really be angry.

"Do you remember the cafe?" he asks "you attacked me"

"I don't remember... I did?" the anger drains out of Isabels face as fear replaces it she stares at Tony "I hurt you?"
