Riley's POV
It's been 2 days since the new girl 'Maya' I think it was came in. Well, in those 2 days, it's been absolute chaos. There has been 4 fights, that I know of, because of the new girl. No, the new girl wasn't fighting everybody.
In fact, it was the complete opposite, everyone was fighting over her. I never paid any attention to what was happening in this place around me. But if I knew anyone that did, it was Alexa. She told me everything around here.
I'm not sure where she gets all her information, but there sure is some juicy stuff. She even told me 6 girls already asked the new girl out. The girl let them all down with a, "I have my eyes on someone else right now." I knew she didn't like anyone here. It was just an excuse to not make the girls feel bad when they get rejected.
Tomorrow, all the girls are going to have an assembly for all the fights going on. Alexa told me there might be a new rule happening because of the fights. It's the rumor that's been spreading for the past 2 days. There has been some crazy theories going around of what the new rule is gonna be, and the craziest one so far has been they are gonna make the boys and girls have sex to make them 'turn straight.'
When I heard that, I actually laughed. Why? It's illegal, and the place would be evacuated and closed within seconds. Plus, everybody knows about this place and it's not like a little secret.
The second worst would probably be that boys and girls will be in cabins together. That's not a problem with me, but it is with all the horndogs in this place. That wouldn't be possible though, because we can't get 500 cabins so 1 girl and 1 boy can each stay in 1 cabin, since there's over 250 kids here. Somehow, girls would still be girls and boys with boys no matter what.
Right now, I was laying in my bunk admiring the soft snores coming from Blondie above me. Yes, I had a tiny crush on her since she came. It's honestly just a tiny crush and will go away in a few days. But who wouldn't have a crush on her? She's beautiful.
She's only talked to me about homework and where certain rooms are and all that. Except for the day she came, she hasn't said anything else to me like she did that day.
The only light in the dark cabin that was crowded with 30+ girls was the small red numbers that read 3:16 on the digital clock hanging from the wall.
Everything was quiet, except for the soft snores Blondie was producing above me until BOOM! A loud crashing was heard throughout the room and loud screams that came from a few girls in the room causing every single girl in the room to scream, including me.
"What the fuck was that?" A random girl who I couldn't see yelled/whispered.
Everything was pitch black, witch made everything creepier.
"OWW!" Another random girl screamed as loud as possible, causing everyone to scream again.
"WHAT THE FUCK?" The girl above me yelled, causing everyone to scream once more.
"Sorry guys I fell off the bunk." The same girl who screamed "ow" a few seconds ago said.
"Oh my fucking god you scared me you fucking bitch." Another random girl screamed.
"Hey it's the bitch below me fault, she was fucking shaking the bed!" The same girl who fell off the top bunk yelled.
"I wasn't shaking anything dumbass!" Another girl yelled.
And basically the whole room erupted in screaming. It was everyone screaming at everyone until another loud CRASH, was heard, causing the whole cabin to scream.
It was still pitch black so it was 10 times creepier. I felt the top bunk move.
The lights flickered on causing everyone in the room to groan. We all looked at who was turning on the lights. It was Maya. She was in a white shirt and her underwear. I could practically feel all the smirks and lip bites coming from every girl who was watching the blonde.
"THATS ENOUGH! I NEED SLEEP ITS 3:30 IN THE FUCKING MORNING ENOUGH!" She yelled and turned the lights back off. The whole room went silent and the blonde climbed up the small ladder and hopped on the bed above me.
I slumped down closer to my bed and put the covers over my face, slowing falling asleep.
BEEP BEEP BEEP!
The loud alarm went off, signaling it was time to get up.
"Attention, all girls report to the auditorium at 6:30 sharp this morning." The loud voice on the speak said, causing everyone to groan again.
I groggily stood up, wiping my eyes and yawning. I looked up at the top bunk to see nothing but a neatly folded bunk.
I walked into the showers and noticed they were no girls where they usually all are. I walked into the locker rooms and noticed every single girl crowding a poster posted on the wall.
Curiosity took over me and I slowly walked over to what everyone was going crazy over.
Pick a partner to befriend and learn as much as you can about them! Read the small poster in bold.
What the fuck? Were they trying to get girls to hook up with each other? I guess I'll just pick Alexa.
I walked back into the shower room, undressing and hopping into the steamy shower.
I closed my eyes, letting the warm water smooth my tan skin. I jumped a little when I heard a lot of commotion from the locker rooms. I peeked to my left, seeing all the girls crowd... Maya? Of course they were crowding her, they want to be her partner. I feel a bit of jealously come over me. I continue to stare at her and notice she starts to stare back, ignoring all the other girls offers.
I blush and look down, turning the knob of the shower handle to the right, shutting it off.
Hopping out of the shower, I stare down at the ground, before bumping straight into someone.
"Sorry." I mumble.
"Oh hey." The girl smirks.
Maya. I fight the urge to keep my head down and eventually win.
"So I was wondering hot stuff, wanna be my partner for this dumbass thing you know no big deal." She said, rubbing the back off her neck anxiously.
I looked up with pure shock written all over my face. Maya wants to be my partner?
"Yes." I smile.
