Maya's POV

Something is different about this girl. She isn't up my ass 24/7 asking for sex. She also is kinda okay looking. Okay, she is beautiful. Her long brown hair and her chocolate puppy eyes match perfectly with her tan skin.

As I was walking back to my cabin. I thought about how I asked Riley to be my partner for some dumbass thing. I mean really? Are they trying to hook girls up? Maybe it's a test. A test to see if we are fully capable of being able to make new friends without wanting to get in their pants.

Maybe they'll place cameras in our cabins. That would worry me though, I mean it's really weird already with the girls making out and having sex all over the place. Although, it's died down ever since I've gotten here. At Least, that's what Alexa said.

Don't even get me started on this Alexa girl. She's just like the rest of them. Act dumb. Twirl you hair. Pretend to know absolutely nothing.

That's how all of them are and it pisses me off. I want to get to know this girl better, that's why I asked her to be my partner. For some reason I felt like she was going to say no. But, she seemed shocked and excited. I hope she's not how the other girls are. From the looks of it, she's not.

But, I can't just assume from the way she acts.

I walked into the bathrooms and started changing. It's really weird changing in front of everyone, they all stare. I slipped my white t-shirt on and walked out. I walked back to the cabin, putting my hair up in a bun.

I saw Riley grabbing her books from under her bunk. I went over to her and tapped her shoulder. She jumped and hit her head on the top of her bed.

"Oh my god are you okay?" I asked trying not to laugh at her clumsiness.

She turned to face me and went to grab my shoulders and slam me into the wall, but stopped once she saw my face.

Her eyes went soft when she saw my face and I was honestly scared for a second.

"Oh hey sorry about that." She laughed.

"Uh yeah we don't need our books we have the assembly." I reminded her.

"Oh yeah I forgot." She giggled and put her books back.

I glanced at the clock and read 6:14AM.

"Ready?" She asked me.

"Yeah." I smiled.

I went to hold her hand, but she moved it away and rubbed the back of her neck nervously.

I furrowed my eyebrows but decided not to comment on it.

We were walking next to each other and I saw her glancing around the halls, seeing everybody watching us. She took a few steps ahead of me, walking slightly faster.

I was about to say something, but realized she had already walked into the auditorium.

I had to jog just to catch up with her and saw her sitting next to a girl that looked familiar but I had no clue what her name was.

I started to heat up and decided to sit next to some random girls who thought I was flirting with them by saying hey.

I sat there in silence, hearing the other girls giggle about something. I was so confused. I mean we were gonna be partners but she won't even sit next to me.

    Riley's POV
(Right after Maya asked to be her partner)

  As I walked back to the cabins smiling like an idiot after what had just happened, I hear someone call my name.

I turned around to see Alexa, fuming.

"Yeah?" I asked.

"Someone told me they just overheard someone talking to Maya and she asked to be her partner. Do you know who this girl is?" She asked her face trying to hide the pissed off face with a clenched jaw.

I froze. What the hell am I supposed to do? Tell her it was me so she can beat me up? I may be strong but she's way stronger.

"Actually no I didn't. Maybe you should focus on someone else." I said as nicely as possible.

She rolled her eyes and moved closer.

"Are you sure you don't know who it was? No one saw her face." She inched closer to my face.

"I'm sure." I swallowed the lump in my throat.

"Good. I better not see anybody with her cause then I'll have to kick some slutty ass." She moved back and smiled.

I nodded and she walked away.

Shit. I was screwed.

Okay so if you have no idea what's going on, what happened in Maya's POV happened after Riley's even though they were flipped.
