***Riahh's POV***

I woke up top the sun warming my face. Alex was leaving with The Doctor today. I wasn't directly invited, even though Alex swears that I am. She wants to ask if I can tag along, but I don't want to be that 3rd wheel friend. I'd be fine staying home. I got up from my bed and left my room. I heard singing coming from the bathroom shower, it was obviously Alex's voice. She sings in the shower when she's happy. You'd never expect someone who just got cheated on and dumped to be so happy, but I could see why she was. Who wouldn't be if they were going away with a fantastic good looking alien across the universe. I continued walking until I got into the kitchen. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy for my step sister. I'm just jealous of her, she gets something that I would love to do. I hear the bathroom door open and feet scuttling across the hallway, then another door closing, probably her bedroom door.

The TARDIS sound interrupted my breakfast. By now me and Alex were dressed and ready for whatever the day had in store for us. There was a knock on the door and Alex came running to it. She looked through the peep hole and quickly opened the door. The Doctor walked in and waved at me. I smiled and waved back before quickly going back to eating my breakfast. "You ready?" he asked her. "Uhh, not quite. What should I pack? I haven't done this before," she asked nervously. "Anything, or nothing. I have an endless closet full of clothes, and endless rooms of whatever you may need," he said excitedly. "Oh, but you will need this," he said pulling out a cell phone and handing it to her. He pulled out another one and tossed it over to me. "They're special phones, you can contact anyone at anytime from wherever in time and space that you are at." This did make me feel better; at least I could contact her whenever.

Suddenly there was another TARDIS sound came from outside. Both me and Alex looked at the Doctor weird. "That can't be right, I didn't tell her to go anywhere. The Doctor quickly ran outside, Alex and I following him. As I got outside I saw two TARDIS's standing side by side. An attractive man stepped out of the second TARDIS. He wore a white buttoned down shirt with a pinstripe jacket, along with a black bowtie, black trousers, and brown shoes. He had short dark brown hair, he was sort of adorable, very suave-esqe. "Who are you?" Alex asked him, probably as confused as I was. "I'm the Doctor," the man said. "But he's the Doctor," I said pointing at the man I already knew as the Doctor. "He's me, from the future," the Doctor said. "He looks nothing like you," Alex said even more confused. I guess since we knew he travel through time didn't make us question that this man was from the future, but the different face did throw us off a bit. "When I die, I change.  New face, new personality, new Doctor." "Quickly, inside!" the new Doctor said shooing us inside, "we need to talk." We all entered the house and sat around the kitchen table.

"Doctor, I need to speak to you in private," the new Doctor said sternly. Alex and I got up from the table and left the room. I put my ear to the door and could hear them talking. "Don't take Riahh," the new Doctor said. Well that sure boosted my self esteem. "And why not?" the younger Doctor asked. "She dies," the new Doctor replied. My eyes bulged and my mouth fell open. "What happened," Alex asked. I waved her off and shook my head; I'd tell her later. I went back to listening to the Doctors. "But... How?" the younger Doctor asked. "Doesn't matter now, don't take her." "How long ago was this?" "I don't know. But I've had about two companions since," said the new Doctor. There was a long silence between them before the younger Doctor replied, "that could be any amount of time, years probably. How could you wait that long?" "I didn't think I could do anything about it. I've been killing myself over it since. But I realized if you didn't bring her, she could live," the new Doctor answered. So I had no chance of ever leaving with the Doctor.

I backed away from the door and sat on the living room couch. "What are they talking about?" Alex asked me. "I can't go," I answered. "Why not?" "I die" I reply brutally. "Oh..." she said quietly. I nodded and laid my head back. The Doctors walked in and the younger one said "alright, Alex, let's go." "Oh o-okay," she said awkwardly before getting up and following the Doctor. She looked back at me and mouthes, "I'm sorry."

I heard the TARDIS materialising and a tear falls from my eyes. "I'm sorry. I know you wanted to go." the Doctor tried to console me. I wiped my eyes and said, "I'd rather be alive." "You heard..." he said quietly. I nodded and stood up. The Doctor stood there awkwardly not knowing what to do. "Did we have fun?" I asked him. He smiled slowly and said, "oh the most!" I laughed and nodded. "Okay, that's all I need," I said to him. I sat back down on the couch, trying my hardest to breathe normally. The Doctor came and sat next to me. "W-why don't you come with me?" he asked softly. "But... Won't I die?" I asked worried. "No, if you left with me then you would've. But if you leave with me now I can protect you." I smiled wide and nodded my head eagerly.

The Doctor got up and held out his hand. I took it and stood up again. "Let's go Riahh," he said with a big smile on his face. "Geronimo!" I said back to him. "Ahh I missed you," he laughed before pulling me towards the door. We ran out and into his TARDIS. "Where do you want to go first?" he asked. "Anywhere, anywhere but here." The TARDIS noise erupted out as we faded away. The Doctor has come to take me away in his big blue box.
