[In pencil:] For the first time in a week i feel right again. Brilliant Sun is glimmering in the early Morning sky, and He and i are off to the store once again. The occasional cloud comes by and deflects Brilliant Sun from us, but nonetheless the short breaks are nice. Before long, we arrive at the store, and I link to the same strange object. We wonder about, seeming aimless to the random passerby, but actually are following an almost rehearsed path, grabbing the same objects, boxes and cylinders. Once or twice He veers off and tries something new.

It's refreshing. i haven't been relaxed for the past week, but now i am able.

We finish our trip to the store, as we usually do this time of day, and walk through the park. Today there are a few Humans around with their dogs. The dogs are all fairly sized and from the looks of them, fairly tired. The slobbery disk in one of the Human's hands is probably the culprit. The two dogs closest to us attempt to charge us, but the strange rope-thing on their neck stops that idea. What's the purpose of that strange rope-thing?

We pass them and continue on our way, Brilliant Sun watching. Just as we would turn to walk the short remainder of distance to our house, He turns the other way, towards the alley again. I miss this, and take a step towards the expected path, eliciting a sharp pain to launch throughout my body, as happens when I leave Him. I quickly change direction and get back in step, but not before the experiencing plenty more pain than i intended to this Morning.

In the alleyway once again, still as muggy as last time we were here, it seems the human we met previously is also here again, however, we arrived after he did this time. Maybe he trusts us now?

Even if the other Human does trust us now, He doesn't seem to trust the Human. He's still tilting slightly and sweating; His obvious signs of stress and/or worry. The other Human must be used to these conditions. The Human's face and body language are calm and orderly.

They start talking again. i feel it is going to be similar to last time, resulting in another bag i do not understand.

[In red pen:] i now know that was not true.

[Pencil:] It did not seem to be moving in that direction. The other Human, for some reason or another, was not quite so calm anymore. The Human seemed almost mad, and had sometime rotated put his right side back. i don't understand the point in that.

i don't know how to feel. He was still stressed, but the other Human seemed angry. It would make sense to relate the two. Maybe He told the other Human something secret. Regardless, tension was again mounting in the alley. Brilliant Sun has disappeared in clouds. The clouds look like the other Human: mad and impatient.

He said something to the other Human, and then an eerie thing happened: the other Human's anger and tension simply released, all at once. The other Human looked as if it had just been friends mindlessly chatting all the while we were here.

Then a new object appeared, both in the hands of the other Human but in the other Human's Shadow as well, of whom i had not been paying attention to.

i have never seen an object like this. It seems to fit well in the other Human's hand, almost as if that is what it was meant to do. The longer end is pointing down, as if it is highlighting a ladybug crawling along the alleyway.

For some reason, He tenses up when the object appears. The other Human smirks from this reaction, further raising my...Curiosity of the new object. i suspect that it is not a good object from each Human's reaction, but...

What is it?

The objects slowly rises to meet us, both the one in the other Human's hand, and the one in the other Human's Shadow's hand, as nature has it. Our hands shoot up, another unknown element to this Morning. All this position seems to do is make my job harder; it didn't affect the other Human's object. During this, words have been exchanged, but the exchanges have been getting shorter and shorter. This time, He only says a single syllable. The other Human doesn't respond.

The conversation has died. Withered away into nothing.
So many questions.
Why so few answers?

There is a moment of silence where nothing fills the air except a lone car horn, barking at an unknown being with unknown consequences.

And then we are on the ground.

i heard nothing. Maybe it was the stress, the wonder, the...Pain. i do not know which or maybe another but this moment was beyond anything i can comprehend.

[Red pen:] This was the first time i had felt empty, light, invincible. A total loss in memory.

[Pencil:] The other Human above us, Happy. At least...the other Human looks Happy...

The other Human leaves, taking the foreign object with him. i am not sure why we did not follow him. We are still on the ground.

My face hurts.

Brilliant Sun is about to disappear behind one of the walls. Brilliant Sun was able to see us, this time. i'm not sure what we did, but Brilliant Sun saw it nonetheless.

My face hurts.

The Sky is turning dark, approaching Night fall. We still have not gotten up. He may have very well fallen asleep. Unfortunate, but not impossible.

Why does my face hurt?

The Night has indeed fallen over us. He has fallen asleep by now. The dogs, possibly from earlier, are barking contently on their late evening walks.

i couldn't tell you why my face hurts.

The moon is high above us, and i can not sleep. He was Lucky. Sleep would be nice. i need time to think. Too much has happened in the short period of time we were mobile.

My face still hurts.

It is way beyond His normal sleep time, usually for nine hours. It has been eighteen. He should be up by now, regardless of the lack of Brilliant Sun.

It has never occurred to me to move this Night. It is dark enough to do so. Now, i may be able t- [The sentence abruptly stops]

i now know why my face hurts...
